Went through drive thru for a salad. Menu had it marked $7.99 and guy taking order gave me total of $8.46. Went to window and... girl gives me price of $9.53. Informed thats a different price than the guy just said. "Oh I think we just changed price today.He gave total from memory." Informed their signs still said 7.99 and thats what they should honor. Manager comes over. Yeah the$9.53 is the correct price. It's on the system there's nothing I can do thats the correct price. "Why didn't it get changed outon the menu then? How do I know its changed if your menu still says 7.99 out here?" (Very rudely) well its the correct priceI've been gone the last couple days so didn't know they changed pricing but its correct. Me, " its 9pm. If its been changed alldY why isn't the menu out her changed as well?" Another employee goes, "because our day shift is lazy". Mind you at this pointthere are 5 employees just standing there 4 of who were out front hanging out smoking when we originally pulled up but of courseits day shifts fault the signs aren't correct. I understand raising prices but to blame others for the menus not having thecorrect price and being so rude about it to us was just unexceptable. Read more

I paid $17.99 for two burgers and medium fry. When I didn't receive one of the two (a manager "checked" and handed me my food),... no one called me back to correct the issue. This is the only Wendy's I ever have an issue with. Read more

Took 15 minutes in the drive through. Got my food and I was missing my baconator. So I went back in to just get my baconator and... this manager was screaming at her employees for customers to hear. Why would they want to work efficiently? I wouldn't ifsomeone was screaming at me like that. Not cool. Staying away from that location. Read more

I really appreciate the helpfulness of basically everyone that works at this location. I took a short lunch break from the... dealership down the road where I work. I actually talked with Sierra who was extremely helpful with a question on my order I wasplacing. Got my food quick, hot and just the way I wanted it. Definitely no need to go to "another place" to get it my way. Iwill be making it back there many more times. Thank you for having great workers! Read more

My husband and I really love Wendy's. The 2 stars is because the food is usually pretty good, but the customer service is almost... always terrible. We usually order in the drive thru. Everytime we've gone in the past couple of months, they are obviouslyannoyed to be serving us and just seem to really hate working there. Big thumbs down for this location. Read more

This location has been very convenient because it is right next to my office and I have been a regular customer since it opened.... That will change. Over the past several months they have been out of Coke half the time I order and sometimes out of otheritems. I usually walk over since it is about 100 yards from work. They would not allow me to come in and place an orderbecause they were short staffed and said that I would need to go through the drive through. I explained to the manager whorecognized me that my truck was having warranty work done on it. She said that I would still need to go through the drive-thru. How do you do that without a vehicle? Not sure if it's covid or what, but was greatly unimpressed with this visit to Wendy's. First, dine in was closed and there... were no signs on the door or in the parking lot to make this clear. Next, we went to the drive through and couldn't understandhalf of what the server was saying... Finally, we get food and ask for a cup of ice (along with a $40 meal) and they want tocharge another $0.20 for something I could have gotten for free inside. Basically just unimpressed with fast food now. Likelygoing to a less fast dine in restaurant in the future. Read more

Visited Friday June 3, 2022 and was overall dissatisfied. The aesthetics, design, and newness of the building captured my... attention and drew me to the restaurant. When I went inside, I was asked to order on kiosk at front of counter. I was annoyed bythat. She dn't seem readily available to help or didn't want to. I felt that my presence annoyed the staff. Didn't feel valuedas a coustomer. Ordered 5 dollar combo bag. The food was decent. Nothing great but not bad just average. 95 percent of the drinkchoices on the fountain were unavailable. That was upsetting too. I understand customer service and production. I can respectthat she was probably doing something important but at my job as a deli clerk, we're also told the customer is number one. Youneed to stop your tasks to assist the customer because they come first in priority. I wish that this Wendy's would have made mefeel welcomed and valued in their individual restaurant.
