The only thing that doesn?t make this adorable smoothie spot 5 stars is that the owner (a middle aged woman who is always there-... I?m assuming she?s the owner) is never very friendly. I will be filing a report with the BBB bc I just got berated in front of everyone for having a service dog inside with me. They... asked for his identification which I don't have on me bc it ILLEGAL for them to ask for it. Service animals are allowed anywherethat I am allowed to be so for them to tell me I had to wait outside for my drink and told that they don't care if I complain orsue was enough for me to never come back here. I really wanted come more often to this place, the smoothies were great. Unfortunately, they don't have anyplace to wash your... hands... Apparently for COVID-19 they close their bathroom so no washing hands in here (counter intuitive I know). They send youto subway next door to the bathroom so maybe get food there next time. The food and the smoothies are fantastic - no complaints! However the service isn't the best, there's always just 1 single... person working & it takes them forever, especially if there's even just 1 customer ahead of you. And the workers usually aren'tvery friendly or polite, just seems like they are there to take your money & beyond that they don't really care about their jobsor customers. Read more

Omg.....Tropical Paradise Bowl is amazing!! New to Boise and am slowly working my way through Tree City's menu. Everything has... been great! (Wasn't impressed though with a panini I got previously) All of the smoothies I've had were good. And for me, it'sa big plus that they don't use gelatin in their yogurt. Don't miss the Acai Berry Bowl! It's one of my absolute favorite fruit bowls anywhere. (I also love Tree City's new PB+J... bowl.) Honestly, I've enjoyed all the wraps, smoothies, and fruit bowls that I've had here. The staff is always friendly, thelocation is clean and well designed, and the prices are great.
