I will be filing a report with the BBB bc I just got berated in front of everyone for having a service dog inside with me. They... asked for his identification which I don't have on me bc it ILLEGAL for them to ask for it. Service animals are allowed anywherethat I am allowed to be so for them to tell me I had to wait outside for my drink and told that they don't care if I complain orsue was enough for me to never come back here. I really wanted come more often to this place, the smoothies were great. Unfortunately, they don't have anyplace to wash your... hands... Apparently for COVID-19 they close their bathroom so no washing hands in here (counter intuitive I know). They send youto subway next door to the bathroom so maybe get food there next time. Read more
The food and the smoothies are fantastic - no complaints! However the service isn't the best, there's always just 1 single... person working & it takes them forever, especially if there's even just 1 customer ahead of you. And the workers usually aren'tvery friendly or polite, just seems like they are there to take your money & beyond that they don't really care about their jobsor customers. Read more
