Waited in line for over 15 mins this morning only to be told when i got to the window that they were out of espresso beans. The... lines on both sides were out to the parking lot, the least you could do is send someone out to let everyone know what?s going oninstead of wasting everyone?s time. Super inconsiderate. Had to go down the road to Starbucks and i was in and out of the drivethrough in less than 5 mins. This is only one of a handful of times i?ve received extremely poor service at the chindenlocation. I was shocked at how slow the staff was today. I sat in line for close to 15 minutes. I mentioned that the line behind me was... long. Employee said yep we are busy. The manager is wrapping baked goods for us. Usually this is my favorite place to stop onmy way to work. Read more
