Lake Hazel is the first Human Bean I had the pleasure of finding when we moved to Boise. The first week we lived in Boise I... went at least 10 times- not just because the coffee is good but the staff are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Bella wasmy barista the first time. She was so helpful explaining the menu and how the Bean works. Their coffee products are of a greatquality and lots of options, flavors, and customizations. The treats and food they offer are also great quality. I have notbeen disappointed by anything we have tried so far. I highly recommend The Human Bean, especially the Lake Hazel Bean. :) Read more

This is our local stand and we are definitely "regulars." Always a good experience and they are like family to us. They all... signed a get well card when I was sick and in the hospital and got me a gift card. It was very sweet. The only criticalfeedback I can offer is that sometimes the drive-thru lines can be inconsistent. One side of the drive-thru will be moving veryfast while the other languishes, making wait times very long. I was late to a followup doctor's appointment once and had toreschedule because I chose the wrong line and wasn't able to leave it (there was no way to exit) without making it all the waythrough. The best work environment EVER! Everyone there is so nice and caring. Real people! They always know how to make you laugh AND... make phenomenal coffee. 10/10 would recommend working here if you want a fun work atmosphere along with some of the bestcustomers out there :) Read more
