i cant believe they think people want a five dollar chicken soft taco. a person wants one under 2 dollars like at Del taco. and... i dont want to be able to see people microwaving the chicken behind the registers. nobody should see anyone microwaving things. pretty unblievable especially when they want to charge over 5 dollars for a soft taco........... the most expnesive fast foodever and not what i expected. beef was probably mostly soy or something lol... chicken just not what i want. chunks are too big. The young man who originally helped us was rude. My husband can't talk so this was extra frustrating to him. He will be... contacting the owner/manager about this. We went to the Taco Time on Vista. Much better experience. Read more
Went to Taco Bell which is close to Taco Time. I was told to use the screen in the lobby to order as they were short staffed and... busy. So we decided to go to Taco Time. It was much cleaner, staff were friendly and efficient. Food was delicious. Won't returnto Taco Bell. Read more

What a mess. Some truck in front made a large order and instead of asking them to pull off to the side like other ( better run... and better trained staff) fast food places. We all sat in line for 15 to 20 mins. A guy came out and asked foe our money. Ishouldn't have given it to him as I kept waiting. I finally asked for my money back so I could leave as I worked my food wouldbe cold. He just stared with a blank look and said it would be out soon. So of course I got cold and soggy food. If it wasn't sohard to turn back around and complain i would have. What a dump. No management. No training. Don't serve cold soggy food tocustomers who've you made wait close to 20 mins The Vista Ave location is much better. Read more

So few restaurants or fast food joints who have both great food and great customer service! And Dine in and correct hours.... Courteous, fast, even offered a sauce change (never happens) for the sauce I couldn't have! Total slamdunk Taco Time staff youA+ this! 10/10 will visit again! Read more
