Horrible customer service. It was my first time going to this location and also my first time trying a new sandwich. I went 9/21... around 7:30 and it was a lady helping me out. I ordered the #9 champ as well with another sandwich. While I was ordering the#9Champ I was unaware that it already came with the green peppers and onions on it while they toasted it. Well I asked her toput them on the sandwich while she toasts it and she says ?that?s already how it?s suppose come? in a very rude tone. Not gonnalie after that I was very rude and she deserved it. Let alone talk about how much there prices have went up. I used a coupon forbuy a footlong get a footlong free yet a still paid $12. I remember when subway was $5 a footlong. Obviously there prices don?teven compare anymore. I know the employees can?t control the price but having to deal with the horrible customer services andthen the prices, I doubt I?ll be going back to subway any time soon. Read more
This is worst store for Online Orders. I always place my orders using the app, but it?s normal to wait 5-10 minutes after the... pickup time at this location (so I arrive late). But today I arrived late and still waited 20 minutes (making it 45 minutesfrom when I first placed my order). During that time, I witnessed two people walk in (separately) and walked out when they sawthe people in the dining room sitting around without food, and a nice girl explained how everyone was waiting. They typicallyonly have one employee - and so that person takes orders for the people waiting in line, versus making the online orders. ProTip: If your order isn?t ready when you arrive - stand in line! If you sit down to wait, they won?t make your sandwich. Read more

As far as subways go I've always been loyal to this location. I don't like their new menu but that's a corporate issue. And... getting rid of their teas was a bad idea, they also don't staff enough people to make sandwiches in a timely manner, butotherwise, this is the location I choose. These issues plague most locations in the valley due to poor management from theirlocal development company. Read more
I opened the wrapper hoping for a good sandwich. I was wrong. It wasn?t even cut in half, the veggies were overflowing and... sloppy, they toasted it when I specifically asked them not to. This isn?t the first time I?ve had issues at this location. Verydisappointed. Read more

This subway is not the best, or at least wasn't on Saturday morning. Neither employees knew how to make a sandwich very well,... the guy was super rude, and I have literally never seen so much mustard go on a sandwich in my life.
