Horrible customer service. It was my first time going to this location and also my first time trying a new sandwich. I went 9/21... around 7:30 and it was a lady helping me out. I ordered the #9 champ as well with another sandwich. While I was ordering the#9Champ I was unaware that it already came with the green peppers and onions on it while they toasted it. Well I asked her toput them on the sandwich while she toasts it and she says ?that?s already how it?s suppose come? in a very rude tone. Not gonnalie after that I was very rude and she deserved it. Let alone talk about how much there prices have went up. I used a coupon forbuy a footlong get a footlong free yet a still paid $12. I remember when subway was $5 a footlong. Obviously there prices don?teven compare anymore. I know the employees can?t control the price but having to deal with the horrible customer services andthen the prices, I doubt I?ll be going back to subway any time soon. Read more
This is worst store for Online Orders. I always place my orders using the app, but it?s normal to wait 5-10 minutes after the... pickup time at this location (so I arrive late). But today I arrived late and still waited 20 minutes (making it 45 minutesfrom when I first placed my order). During that time, I witnessed two people walk in (separately) and walked out when they sawthe people in the dining room sitting around without food, and a nice girl explained how everyone was waiting. They typicallyonly have one employee - and so that person takes orders for the people waiting in line, versus making the online orders.
