Reviews for Subway in Boise, ID
I had lunch at the Subway store on Overland in Boise today and there were no unusual surprises either good or bad with the... exception of the Shift Leader, Sydney, who was more than capable of caring for customers and running the store. I personallywatched her create sandwiches, run the register, attend to a significant beverage spill disaster, and still keep customershappy. People like Sydney are a credit to Subway. Read more
3 teenagers working in store, all three just stayed in the back giggling. took me standing there a good amount of time and me... saying hello 4 times before someone walked out. Then the second they make my sandwich they walk back to back leaving storecompletely unattended. Most of the lobby tables has food debris all over, asked why they don't have iced tea made for customerswho order drinks but don't drink soda and they didn't have an answer except I don't know. Come on pretty pathetic. Read more
Well I can add Subway to the list of places I will no longer be going to. They raise their prices (which everyone has so it's... somewhat understandable) but raising prices with lowering the weight of meat getting put on the sandwich is ridiculous. Sheweighted it right I front of me and I asked if that was accurate because both sandwiches were very skimpy in my opinion and shetold me yes, 2 oz of meat is what they should get.... seriously? 2 oz of plain grilled chicken strips for almost $7 ... ya Ireally wanted a veggie sandwich for lunch. Thank God jersey Mike's is in town now because I won't be going back to Subway. Read more

Placed an order through Door Dash for 2 footlong subs. 1 was a steak and cheese. I did not want it toasted because quite frankly... the bread at this particular store is usually stale so toasting it results in pure crumbs and if the meat is warmed and thenwrapped up it usually moistens the bread up so it's not too bad. HOWEVER, because I said I didn't want it "toasted" theyliterally sent me a stone cold steak and cheese sandwich. Unbelievable. How dumb does a person have to be to NOT KNOW tomicrowave the meat ? This is the 2nd time I have had this store do something SO STUPID ! Who eats a COLD STEAK AND CHEESE ?Will NEVER & I do mean NEVER eat or order from a Subway again. I'm DONE. Read more
Sydney was awesome and made a tasty sandwich
I went to Subway tonight off Overland. Oh my goodness, get the works and have them squirt on their sweet onion sauce! Better... believe I'll be going back! Very good service I might add. Read more
For the customer service I'd give 5 stars, the only reason I'm giving 4 is because like everyone has mentioned- for the money... the price seems slightly high knowing that the meat and such is not actually probably that healthy or good for you . However, the kid working there was amazing- I think his name was Reese I overheard? Idk but this kid knew what he was doing- he was nice, fast and personable. He knew the customer behind me by name and whipped up his usual for him in under a minute. I have to say-generally the service sucks and is so slow at subways but thanks to this kid- it was bearable! I dont go to subway often, butwhen I do, I may just drive out of my way for this one, in the hopes that that sandwich maker is there! It is so hard to findnice and good people in customer service anymore since it pays like $13/hour to bend over hand and foot to get screamed at- mostnice people avoid that but thank you guys today I enjoyed my sandwich and my experience Read more
