I?ve been to this location twice. The first time was a couple weeks ago and I was ordering 3 drinks, the barista was so slow! We... were the only people there and she took over 10 minutes to make 3 drinks. Today I went again, the barista acted like me evenbeing there was an annoyance, and I made the mistake of not trying my drink until I got home. My pumpkin spice latte lookscorrect but tastes like a plain latte, I even had my husband who doesn?t even like psl try it and he agreed that he couldn?ttaste psl at all. Horrible service. Waited 10 min for the two baristas to stop talking to each other about personal things before they even... acknowledged me. Ordered a white chocolate mocha. Received a black coffee with cream. There were no other customers. Read more
Starbucks is always a pleasure great coffee, quality service and friendly staff, make for great visit every time. by the way... they don't mind if you even going to use the internet and sit and do some work on your computer or read a book you don't evenhave to buy anything, it's amazing. Read more
My girlfriend went in there to get me a blended coffee, and the girls gave it to her iced, and when she asked for it to be... blended a second time, they rolled their eyes and laughed as if she was asking for too much. My ?blended? coffee was runny,after they just threw the iced coffee in the blender instead of making it properly. Baristas have been helpful and kind. I asked for more mocha and they were happy to oblige, same with a cup of ice. It was great... to be able to buy Starbucks Christmas roast while in the store during the holidays. Read more
Coffee is always special at Starbucks. Unfortunately the service is affected by the hospital cafeteria look. The Batist's are... friendly but not give enough training to project their own confidence to the customer! Overall this rates 3 of 5 stars forservice, quality and atmosphere. :-/ Read more
