Slow service and the drink was good but could have been a lil better
Poor experience, couldn't order what I wanted. Betty was very nice and friendly, but not customer driven.

Okay so this place particularly has magic in it.. EVERY TIME I was given the greatest gift. Always got more than what I paid for... , and the people making everything happen on the other side of the counter are the real magic makers. I?ve ordered online 2x now both with easy instructions just extra whip and caramel and lately they only give me less of it? i... even ordered a ribbon crunch that had no whip on the bottom and runny whip on the top. i love the employees, their the absolutesweetest but i?m just tired of having to ask them for extra stuff when it?s clearly on the order instructions. I have order from this Starbucks 2 times now through Uber Eats and both times my order was messed up. I will probably be... ordering from a different one in the future.this drink was supposed to have a dome lid and coolwhip. My last one was supposed tohave peppermint and didn't.
