Reviews for Starbucks in Boise, ID
I walked inside to order and 4 people behind the counter disappeared. There was one person at a table, the drive- thru line was... very long. I asked if my order would be done before the drive-thru orders and they told me no. Apparently drive-thru orders aremore important than anyone in the restaurant seating area. I canceled my order. The gal who canceled my order didn't seemconcerned at all, which confirms to me that if you are going to Starbucks, you only get efficient service in the drive-thru.They just don't care. No thanks! Employees are great, but I always thought Starbucks was notorious for having usable WIFI?Maybe I?m living in the past, but I... expected the WIFI to at least work better than a hotspot. I have a super fast connection here at the Jump! building, andaccording to Google, Starbucks can easily afford usable WIFI at all of their locations with the money they?re making. In lessthan 3.5 seconds, I was able to load a webpage at Jump! that took me more than 3.5 minutes to load at Starbucks; so Starbucksgets 3.5 stars. Read more
Best Starbucks in town in my opinion! They are always so friendly and the drinks turn out perfect every time. I frequent this... location at least a few times a week. Read more
My wife and I both ordered coffee here today and were both given decaf in place of the standard caffeinated coffee we... ordered. Thank you Starbucks for reminding me why I don't drink at woke bucks anymore. Read more
Love my corner Starbucks. The app is highly recommended, you can skip the lines by ordering when you are 10-15 minutes out (I... order from home because it is right there) go in, grab your drink. No fuss, no muss. Great way to get the morning coffee. Also agreat stop on my stoll to the greenbelt with the pup. Read more
Always the sweetest Baristas! My pups and I love coming here for a weekly pup cup and latte, by far my fav location ????
I have been to a LOT of Starbucks. This one has a very different feel. It feels more like a doctor waiting room then a cozy... inviting coffee shop. There is not a single comfortable chair in the whole restaurant. The only chairs that have cushions arebackrests that are reclined back, yet the backrest only goes up a 3rd of the way up my back. They were so uncomfortable that Imoved to a hardwood table and chair only to find that those chairs oddly only have backrests that go up an inch higher than thetable itself. Maybe I am just too tall (6'), but either they are trying to be a little too contemporary in their furnitureselection, or they are purposely try to make it less comfortable so people don't stick around. The last thing is that it wasvery cold in there. I am sure that can be adjusted, but maybe the concrete floor is going to make it hard to really feel thatwarm in the winter. Really hoping they swap out the furniture and maybe put an area rug on the floor. Read more
