Slowest Starbucks I?ve ever been to. They usually only have 1 person working. They don?t even take the pastry?s out of the bag... before handing it to you. Read more

Hours need adjustment online. It's inside the store that doesn't open until 6.

I don't ever take the time to write reviews, but I felt this experience was noteworthy. I actually just called to find out the... Starbucks employees name (Zoe) and personally thanked her and acknowledge how good my white chocolate mocha tasted. I was justin line behind two young girls that ordered 6 or 7 drinks (I lost count). Although a line started forming behind the two younggirls, when it was my turn to order, Zoe remained very friendly and courteous! Thanks Zoe for a great coffee!! SincerelyShannon Read more

Never thought I would give Starbucks a one star. First of all, zero smily greeting. It was around 5pm on 8/14/21, a tall-ish... blonde young woman. I ordered an iced matcha latte, something I have ordered probably 30 times. When she gave me my cup thebottom inch was dark green with all the milk sitting on top of the green. I asked her if she had shaken it up, she said yes. Itold her this is not how a matcha latte is supposed to look. She said that's how lattes are made, shaken up then milk poured ontop. Um, no. I told her I have watched these matcha lattes made several times and they are done by putting EVERYTHING into theshaker and shaking it all together then poured into the cup so everything is a uniform light green color. She acted like Ididn't know what I was talking about. If I would have kept that drink I would have just been drinking straight milk most of thetime then had bitter gross green sludge at the end. She took it back and dumped it all into the shaker. So at least it wasfixed. I don't blame her, I blame management for not properly training her and setting her up for failure with customers. I'm anice customer and respect people's learning curve but if employees are improperly trained they are being set up to have to dealwith angry customers and getting yelled at, not all of them are as understanding. The slowest Starbucks. Hot brew station clearly has a sign for the Veranda brew but I was told they don?t brew it. Waited in... like for over 20 minutes to be told I would have to wait for a blonde roast pour over. Asked for whatever hot coffee they hadbrewed. Waited another almost 10 minutes for them to brew a pot of coffee because there was none brewed. Manager needs to staffbetter on the weekend especially for standard morning rush that EVERY Starbucks sees. Employees need to learn to multitask. Read more

I love Starbucks and it's usually a great experience. But I didn't know it was too hard to smile and great a customer. Or if... you're "busy" at least acknowledge the customer and let them know you'll be with them eventually. It was a painful experience. Iexpect at least minimal friendliness Read more
