Open early. Really helped with the jet lag whilst visiting from the UK Staff were friendly and place was clean.

I went in for a grande pike place which was already brewed. I went at 2:45pm and walked in to a line of 6 people waiting for... their drinks to be made. I walked up and ordered my grande pike. They prioritized their drive thru orders rather than the 6customers that came in the store. I waited 7 minutes for my pike place, then asked if it would be ready soon. They told me I was4th in line and they would get it out when they could. However they continued to prioritize the drive-thru. Having personallyworked at Starbucks for 4.5 years at one of the highest volume drive-they stores in Boise, I understand it gets busy. It?ssimply disappointing they don?t prioritize those who took the time to come in the store along with their drive-thru customers.The drive-thru has a timer to track their speed for each order once it?s taken to the time the drink is paid for and given tothe customer. Usually something close to 3 minutes per vehicle/order. As a customer and former employee, I hope they canstrengthen and improve their service for in house customers just as they do their drive-thru. I love Starbucks always have, and after living here for over a year and a half now, I must say I am super happy with how this... store has evolved. Update: February 2021 - So after coming to this location for 2 months now, practically every single day ofthe week, I have to update you on my experience. Thomas, Jacob, and Elyse - WHAT A CREW! Always in a good mood, always pleasantand courteous, and friendly as can be. I am always very happy when I visit this store and any of them are working. The storemanager here needs to hire more people like them, as they make it enjoyable to give Starbucks my $150+ each month. Update March24th, 2021: This Starbucks has really evolved. I have to say most of the employees seem really happy to work there and doprovide excellent customer service and a friendly attitude day in and day out. Also, I really have to point out Elyse again,she's just a gem of an employee and I really hope, if she has interest, that management looks to her for any promotion that maybecome available in the future, she really deserves it! Not only does she make it a point to greet me (as does Jacob),regardless of whether she is working the bar, or the window, but she makes me feel like a special customer no matter the day. Ontop of that, she's quite the artist! I've had cups with a unicorn drawn on them or a scary bat/dragon (not sure which xD) - andthat is just an extra special treat that I don't expect, but I sure do appreciate. She makes me want to never go to anotherStarbucks but this one. Update: 5/1/2021 Issues with ordering using the app, problems were resolved. Update: 5/28/2022 A yearlater... At the request of the staff, I am updating my review. I have to say, the current crew does a spectacular job, and onthe rare occasion things don't go as planned, they always make up for it. My boyfriend went in for a simple black coffee and the staff forgot about him. He watched probably 10 people get drinks ahead of... him and had to remind staff he was still there waiting. We don't get coffee out very often but probably won't be going back tothis location. Read more

Worse experience ever. Incompetent and undereducated employees. Took my order and then after 15 minutes I was informed that I... never ordered. After asking the person who took my order she confirmed that my order was taken and they gave me a coffee thatwas on the counter for 45 minutes belonging to someone that ordered online. I threw that coffee right in the trash where itbelongs along side all the Starbucks company. I will be contacting BBB on this company. I don?t typically do this but I expecta refund. Read more
