The staff here is great, always very prompt and friendly. I've ordered at least 100 coffees here and only once was it wrong, and... I think it was because the Barista thought it was finished because it was a nitro cold brew it looked like it had cream in itbut alas it didn't. ??????? Read more

So, I am a Starbucks regular. I've lived in many areas and I've come to know many Starbucks associates throughout my years. One... thing that's always very common at every location is a lot of turnover because of the high pressure of the job and the demands.I've come to notice at this location that there's almost no turnover. I always see the same faces now for months which I'venever experienced and any other location. I can tell you why. The employees like to work here and it shows. They're friendly.They're considerate and they're efficient. I used to manage retail locations not in this industry but retail is retail and I cantell you a staff like this only comes from excellent management. I've spoken to Caitlin, the manager on quite a few occasionsand I She is genuinely kind and very attentive. The store runs like a Smoothly oiled machine and I just really appreciate thatthis is my local Starbucks. I've come to know many of the employees and I can tell you, I look forward to seeing them when Ipick up my coffee. I go inside on purpose instead of through the drive-thru just to say hi. Service was great! But the place is very noisy. When ever a business builds a building with absolutely nothing to absorb sound... you will here everything. Few people were there all the noise came behind the counter. My partner and I both noticed it. If yougo there to relax and have a decent conversion, forget it.
