After repeating our requested order more than 4x (yup, FOUR TIMES) we get to the window & pay for our food - no problem, no... worries, right?? Nerp, not THIS visit friends! When the polite, young man handed me our drinks - i was happy with the 1st (mydelicious real strawberries, all natural lemonade, YUM) drink, content with our 2nd (daughter's apple juice box????) drink, THENCAME THE 3RD BEVERAGE. . . an itty bitty, teeny tiny, albeit tasty, cherry limeade????. Naturally i asked the young man, "Uh,what's That drink for??" To which he replies, "oh, did you want that Medium?" ???? Eh?? So i respond, "I'm sorry, but didn't wehave an entire conversation about how y'all no longer offer Small Sizes for your Combos Meals? You know, the #10 with lite mayo& a cherry limeade...?" Regrettably, i believe my unintended tone may have scared the poor kid as it all came rushing back tohim that we had ordered a #10 meal & DEFINITELY NOT a Kid's Tenders meal... While my biggest concern was the difference inprice, he rushed to get the manager to get things squared away & AWESOMELY (this was a fantastic resolution to the issue, i justgotta say) the Manager said to us, "So sorry about the mixup, we've got that #10, Medium sized w/tots & a Cherry Limeade on theway for ya! Also, would you guys like to still have the Kids Tenders Meal for your troubles??????" OF COURSE, YUMMY!! So,INCREDIBLY short story, long : We had our order messed up, they made it right & then some. Food is very good and taste fresh. But today I got a cherry limeade drink, it tasted more like lime then Cherry so I asked for... some cherries on the side. This Sonic has been consistently awful lately. Extremely slow service and several incorrect/screwed up orders, even when it's... something super simple, like drinks. This used to be the better Sonic, so I'm really not sure what happened. Read more
The night shift at this Sonic is a joke. We have consistently had bad experiences particularly in the evenings here. Tonight it... took 10 minutes to get an answer after pressing the button to order. The girl that finally answered was not paying attention, Ihad to repeat myself multiple times. I only ordered 2 simple drinks. I waited for another 20 minutes: my information had beenremoved from the board and nobody served me. Not wanting to wait around for another 10 minutes for someone to answer me, I left.Note that they were about the least busy I've ever seen them. A couple other cars in the entire place and a family at theirseated area. No reason why an order with no cooking involved should take more than 5 minutes. Read more

Just drove into town and thought a chili coney sounded good. Well sounded good was more than the reality of what I received. I... was unaware the a foot long coney consisted of two small hotdogs on a long bun and the chili was something reminiscent of thegarbage chili that you could find at a gas station midnight special.
