I did takeout so my review will solely be based on the food and not the restaurant. The food was good, hamburgers were cooked to... perfection. The mozzarella sticks could?ve been cooked longer as the cheese was like a cheese stick taken out of therefrigerator but nonetheless it was still good. The pretzel bites were delicious and the cheese complimented the pretzels. Iwould definitely come back and eat here again. Read more

The food and service were amazing the day we went. We had a large group and everyone had a great meal! The pizza was great! The... burgers, drinks, and fries were also great! We ran the servers pretty hard but they were on top of everything! Everyone lefthappy and full. Read more

There were 3 of us eating, we all ordered well done burgers, all of them came rare, disgusting!! The service was pretty poor but... we didn't mind due to no one wanting to work anymore so we were trying to be understanding. Our waitress had not checked on usin about 20 minutes, when she did she brought us our bill, I informed her my burger was disgusting, cold and rare.... Shesarcastically stated well if you would have said something sooner, we could have fixed that. I would have, had you checked onus at all. We won't be eating at Park center anymore. Read more

It was my first visit to the Boise Idaho Red Robin since the early 1980s. It was great then and now! The customer service was... splendid, the food delicious and the vibe cool. I only wish they had one in Fargo ND. Read more

well, second order in about 2 months that had a major malfunction. former order made a chicken sandwich a burger. today order... of Mac love burgee with extra pattie only included 1 piece of meat. also, 3 burgers ordered with extra fries. only 1 extrafry container. It's understandable that businesses are short staff but once they bring your food out and it's 20 minutes latethat's late it should be correct. Also the campfire sauce was guaranteed in the Burger trays but however there was only one thatcontained it. The burgers here never disappoint, and service at 8pm was exceptional. Only complaint was they served us regular fries when we... had ordered the garlic parmesan fries. After we got that worked out it was a great experience. Fries were always hot and fresh,the avocado on the burger was fresh and ripe, overall a great place for dinner any day of the week! Read more

Went for a walk and stumbled upon this Red Robin. We have them at home as well, so figured it?s close enough to dinner time, why... not. The hostess was super nice and sat me right away. The inside portion of the restaurant was rather slow, but they were busyon the outside (beautiful day in Boise)! My waitress said she?s be right over and I could tell she was busy. The hostess heardthat part and turned around and asked if she could start me with drinks. That was nice that she doubled back to help her busycoworker. The drink was provided quickly and the waitress was not to far behind to take the order. She was also super nice andvery bubbly. I ordered the southern burger with broccoli. The burger was really good, but the broccoli wasn?t cooked very well.I was given an additional dish of broccoli and same deal, it just wasn?t steamed enough. It was pretty raw. The staff wasapologetic and asked if I?d like a 3rd. I declined. They stated that they have a bunch of new kitchen staff and they couldn?tfigure out the issue as to why the broccoli just wouldn?t cook. I?m doing 4 starts because the staff was amazing. Everythingelse to do with my experience was great. I also under what?s going on nowadays with staffing shortages and am just happy thatthey are training not just 1 kitchen member?but many.
