Awful hotel. Air conditioning wasn?t working very well and it was 100° in Boise this week. Our room was close to 80° even at... night. In our first room, the remote was missing and when we got a replacement, the volume still didn?t work. The refrigeratorwas also not working. After the first night we spoke to the front desk and they moved us to another room. Both rooms weremissing luggage racks, which seems like a real simple thing for a hotel to provide. Rugs in the hall were stained. This isobviously an old hotel that needs a refresh. Read more
The food available should be included in the price of rooms, which is appallingly high for a low end hotel like this.
Our toilet didn't flush & shower didn't work. But the room was clean & the staff was super excellent especially Serena!!!!
NOT KID FRIENDLY! Won't get cooler than 73°, the water i filled the tub with to give my baby a bath is GREEN, you have to pay... extra for breakfast ($40 a day extra) on top of the $600 i already paid for 3 nights, the elevators are boiling hot and slowerthan u can imagine. Will probably ask for a refund the heat alone is unbearable. What a nightmare. The only good thing was thegirls at the front desk. With several people complaining about the heat alone, these girls stayed professional and kind and didwhat they could to help. Read more
