First of all, the food is amazing. I think it is one of the best Chinese restaurants in town for taste. The drive through can be... sketchy. There is a man that is really good and attentive. I ordered online for pickup. I arrived 8 minutes after the pickup time and sat at the drive-thru window for 5 minutes before I... had to call them to get someone to notice me. Then I sat and waited another 15 minutes while she was "bagging up my order". Iassumed they forgot I was there. I had to go inside to get my food and the short, old fat lady was extremely defensive and rude.Terrible customer service. I have a feeling they didn't start cooking my order till I arrived. Best service I've had post covid from anywhere. My girlfriend and I wanted some good take-out, wanted to stay in and watch... movies. And Quik wok did it all. Great food. Decent delivery time for the size if my order. The food was great. I put in thenotes I wanted hot soup. They even called me just to verify what I meant. I wanted temperature hot soup. And it wasscorching!!! Exactly how I wanted it on a cold stay in night like tonight. Amazing. I'd give more stars if I could. Thank youguys! Read more
