Our 16 piece meal only had 10 pieces of chicken in it. We called to get a refund and they said we had to come to the store. We... went to the store and the manager told an employee to just get us the chicken. We explained we'd called about a refund and themanager said he'd gotten no calls. He refused to refund the missing chicken and continued arguing with us about it. Eventuallywe took the chicken but we'll never go back after such horrible treatment. Read more

I?m sorry to say but the staff who helped us order drive thru was very rude and unprofessional. She was mad and almost yelled at... us twice during the ordering process. We did ask three questions about the item we would order, which made the staff seeminpatient. She also gave us only chickens instead of family meal. When we finally met her at the window, she was still unhappy.Maybe the staff helped us just had a bad or long day but I still feel she could act much more professionally at work. Read more
Popeyes is my go to if the fam is in the mood for fried chicken!! What I've noticed about this location that differs from most... of the other locations that ive been to is that the employees here are always so friendly, very professional, the food is soquick and last but definitely not least is the food is always hot + top notch!!! The lady today, cashier, very nice. Order was made wrong. Get this, the guy comes out with my correct order and asks for the... wrong order to be returned to him. Pretty sure that he broke a few good guidelines. Basically. This location reuses food. Bewary. Gross ???? . Read more
Not only does this Popeyes get an A+ for the dining room being open; but they also get 5 stars from awesome customer service.... Its so nice to see food service as it should be. They just dont care. Popeyes should always be the "go to" for some fried chicken but not this location. I get it, its probably... busy, a lot of young adults might work there but i had 4 orders just always come out wrong. Was told ill get a new order nexttime because they're too busy to fry up an new order but to find out later they never wrote my info down to get a new meal. notworth the hassle so i guess i have to leave this review. Lobby was filthy. I can only image how the kitchen is. Read more
