Went to this papa Murphy's to get the signature pepperoni which has been running non stop on tv ads. Was informed by the manager... who continued to get louder and louder that she doesn't watch tv so knows nothing about the ad, and she would not be honoringthat price. That they are a franchise and not a corporate store and have just raised their prices. Why would I go drivesomewhere to purchase a $14 pizza, that I then have to go home and cook? I?ve given this location several opportunities but I?ve never experienced worse customer service than this store. One bad... experience I can understand but it?s a regular occurrence. The employees are disrespectful, wont answer the phone, have a badattitude and make sloppy skimpy pizzas and then Instead of trying to do better want to argue about it with you, I?m notexaggerating. The only reason I come back is because it?s close and convenient and I actually do like papa Murphy?s pizza butI?ve had it with this location. Stopped by the Garrity location after work today and the customer service was AMAZING. Staff was wearing masks, they were so... upbeat and bubbly, and they made my pizza exactly how I asked. ???? ?Tis the season to spread cheer and they definitely cheeredup my day. Papa Murphy's will always be my favorite place to get a pizza. I recommend stepping away from the menu and building your own. My... family and I have some delicious creations that are our go to. They also accept Food Stamps, so it's a great take out optionfor families who otherwise can't afford dining out. Read more

Tried to use a coupon online, my cousin wasn't able to with her form of payment. We went inside and the girl at the register... said it was no problem, and that she would apply it at the end. However, the guy that was working with her overheard, andrefused to allow the coupon since it was an online coupon, said they had no way of adding it on, even though the girl hadalready said she could. After placing our order, we could tell that the guy was very irritated with us, and just threw ourpizzas together quickly, unlike the other pizzas he made. The girl was friendly, the guy needs to learn some customer serviceetiquette. Read more

Great people and great pizza. The people are friendly and very helpful when trying to make your order. Also, as an added bonus,... they accept the EBT or Food Stamp Card. The pizza comes out perfect everytime I bake it and the leftovers for the next day are equally delicious. Read more

Been going to Papa Murphy's for I don't know how long....both in Seattle and many locations in the Boise area. It's hard to beat... their take and bake pizza and are extremely consistent from location to location. Service is very good also. I wish they wouldadd a couple of their limited time pizzas to the everyday menu like the Mexican pizza. Their sides are good too. Read more
