This place is worse than dominoes. I sent my friend to go get us a papa bowl and first of all doesn't look like the... advertisement and the bottom of the bowls were burnt. Don't waste your money there either. Garbage food. Sux that you have tobuy and make your own pizzas in order to get a decent pie anymore. Read more
On the 3rd I ordered a pizza. They delivered half of it and a while later delivered the other half. Utter... incompetence. Tonight I ordered a pizza. They took my money but claim they have no record of the order being made. Once thecharges come through on my credit card I'll file a dispute and a police report for theft of services. Ordered 2 pizzas and 2 10 piece chicken poppers ($60 in food total) at 9:20 this evening. I have called 3 different times and... talked to 3 different people and have been told that they were just making it (at 10:20ish), at 11 I called and asked for anupdate which I was told it was on the way. At 11:55 I was told it would be at my house any minute... it's now going on 12:30 inthe morning and they're closed and I cant get an update. We usually love papa johns! They always have good food and amazing breadsticks! But tonight it was far from that our food took... over an hour to get to us, the pizza was cold and paper thin, our breadsticks were burnt and soggy and cold. When I called thestore they were very rude and acted like it was no big deal?.i know times are rough right now and staffing in most places is anightmare! First time customer and last time I order. Guess that explains why they put the "Quality Sealed" sticker on. Papa John's taught... me a lesson... 'look before you leave' The only saving grace was that they had the 3 toppings I asked for and the cheese andcrust was good. But this was portioned very poorly and as you may be able to see, there was several slices missing sometoppings. That the others had. And they were not covered up by the cheese, what you see is what I got. Read more
Went here for a pizza on Friday night. The place was very busy as expected, but they had me checked out within 5 minutes. The... one thing I thought was hilarious was the way they cut my pizza. The slices in the picture below are both from an extra largesize pizza! Aside from that we?ll always come back to Papa, decent pizzas and they always have specials that give you fantasticvalue. This is the second time I?ve ordered from this location. I thought the issues were a fluke the first time, but it?s a continuous... problem. The middle of the pizza is not cooked. The dough is chewy and gummy. The crust is done, but the middle is incrediblydisappointing. It also took twice as long to get my pizza than estimated and I live relatively close to this location. I usuallylove Papa John?s and this location makes me want to stop buying from them altogether. Read more
