We have been here so many times. I always order a tall wings, they are always big plump pieces. So my wife and I went to the... mall and decided we were going to eat at Chicago. I ordered the Tall size wings. When the server brought us our food I saw thewings was the size of a small bird and over cooked cause they were to small (See Pics). The Server ( Can’t remember his name,but he was awesome and this was not his fault at all) He told me the distribution was messed up and that they have another 12wings cooking now. When I received the new order it was the sane. The server took off $15 cause of the problem.My point of view,I wouldn’t server them and 86 them. I rather been told that they didn’t have any. Quality control was terrible from therestaurant to the distribution.The funny thing is that the celery was off of one stalk and cut three ways. Look at the celeryand the blue cheese container vs the chicken. So the wings measured 2 inches long. Read more
Very nice selection of beer on tap. Food was good, if very slow. Don't expect to be able to grab a quick bite, it will take... about 30 to 40 minutes to get your food. But the bartender was very good as was the beer! Overall a nice respite while the wifecontinued shopping! ;) Read more
Omg. What was in my ranch?!?!? Got a pizza and fries with ranch to go and was so disappointed and then grossed out. The fries... were packed in a bag and then put in another bag, both of which were open. We are a three minute drive and they were soggy andcold. Then I was eating pizza and found this thing in my ranch. What even is there?!?! I’m so very grossed out. Edit toadd: I did reach out to the email provided. Never heard back. Seems like the email is just a bandaid they slap on bad reviews tomake it look like they are going to do something to make it right for everyone else reading. They didn’t. Read more
Waited a while to be seated, then waited quite another while to order. All in all, quite dissapointed it took them over 30... minutes to tell me they were out of their deep dish dough, so I got the Sicilian Rolls. Dissapointed that I waited over 30minutes for these, they weren't worth it. Ginger was an amazing server, handling all those orders is quite the task. Shedeserves all the stars. Would come back but the waiting game isn't worth it. Went to Chik-Fil-A afterwards to fulfill thedissapointment. Read more
Good spot to go with the family for pizza, wings and drinks. Getting seated was a little odd since the waiting area is kind of... in the middle of the restaurant (when we first walked in we were sure exactly where we were supposed to go since it felt like wewere in a walkway in the middle of the place, not somewhere we should sit and wait). The service was excellent and the food wasvery good. The restaurant vibe/decor was a little older without feeling run down. Overall a good experience; when the people arefriendly and the food is good that's enough to go back! Read more
FIRST TIME HERE. Many choices at the mall and we made this one. :( 6 min to be seated. 1:00 in the afternoon. Restaurant only... about 25% full. Plenty of workers milling about. Only one party of 4 in front of us. Sat and waited 40 min for our mini pizzasto arrive. Apparently my wife’s was made wrong so they made another. That’s good except they let mine sit and when I got itit was ice cold. We just split my wife’s instead. Not gonna wait another 40 min. No mgr came to apologize either. Good little pizza spot. We got the a garden side salad (it was filling on its own) We tried Chicago 7 and 3 personals a cheese,... a pepperoni and a classic. For drinks they have coke products. My girls loved that we all got bendy straws. They were out of thedeep dish dough so we'll have to stop by again some other time to try. Read more
Ordered carryout. The online ordering system would not take my order, so I called it in. The girl who took my order was super... friendly and helpful. Our food was ready in about 30 minutes, which is what we expected. Everything was fresh and delicious. TheThai pizza was colorful with fresh, vibrant veggies. The waffle fries stayed crisp all the way through our meal, which neverhappens. The wings were boneless, even though I ordered bone in, but that could have been my fault for not being clear and afterreading previous reviews about a distribution issue, I actually appreciated the boneless wings. So, no problem there. Overall,it was a good experience and good food. I passed on ordering food from here many times because of bad reviews, I'm glad Idecided to give them a try.
