We asked Off the Grid to cater a special party we were having at our home and we now want to scream praises about this pizza... truck from every rooftop in Boise. Tarah and Jeff are incredibly kind, hard working, and easy going. The truck is beautiful withan impressive oven and cute decor (someone mentioned the truck looked so clean inside they would eat off the floor) and thepizza out of this world. Having the truck at our house completely transformed our party and everyone had a blast going up toorder and enjoying their pizza hot out of the oven. Even if you don't have a reason to book them for a private event, doyourself a favor and go try their pizza when they are parked at a local Boise venue - you will love it! Off the Grid -Wood Fired Pizza ?????????? OTG is a Boise-based food truck. It is hard to put into words how out of this world... extraordinary this pizza is. I tried it for the first time last week and haven?t been able to stop thinking about it. The crustis a little thinner than I normally prefer, but it works perfectly in conjunction with the sauce, cheese and toppings. My go topizza, especially when I?m trying a new pizza joint is a classic pepperoni pie. OTG?s pepperoni pizza is unlike any I have everhad. Everything about it is perfection and the flavors are next level. If you had told me that this flavor combination had beenlab-engineered with the intent of causing a lifelong addiction, I would believe you. It?s just that good. In that first bite, Isimultaneously tasted a peppery flavor mixed with the most amazingly complex tomato sauce that was somewhat reminiscent ofsun-dried tomatoes, topped with melted cheese and pepperoni baked to a temperature hot enough to cause it to form perfect littlecups of meaty goodness. In between bites, I found myself looking down at the pizza with a puzzled expression, saying aloud ?Whatthe heck?!?!? It was if all the other pizzas I?ve ever had were just cheap imitations of the real stuff. I can?t wait to returnand try more of OTG?s pizza. I love that they are constantly offering new flavor combinations in addition to the all the oldfavorites. They offer Take and Bake pizza but I think part of what makes this pizza so special is that it is wood-fired. *Gluten-Free and Vegan options available Off The Grid Pizza ?????????? On 10/8/20, I went to visit OTG for the second time withmy friend TJ. We ordered the Pesto Veggie (Spinach, red onion, mushrooms, black olives and peppadew) and the Meat & ?Shroom(homemade sausage, pepperoni and roasted mushroom). Both were excellent!? One of the things that I loved about the? PestoVeggie was the pesto was not applied too heavily, which allowed the other flavors to shine through. Read more

We hired Off The Grid for our McCall camp style wedding and they were just as amazing as I knew they'd be! SO many guests raved... about how delicious the pizza was and we agree as it's one of our favorites! They were so easy to deal with from start tofinish! Highly Recommend!
