I typically enjoy Mod Pizza but this time the food was really bad. To me, I didn?t think the pizza was cooked enough as... everything fell apart once you pick it up. MOD is one of my favorite pizza places to go to. Unlimited toppings for one set price? Too easy. My fiancé loads his up with... all the meats and I love mine with a ridiculous amount of garlic. The no-name cakes are always delicious, but I prefer theregular ones over any seasonal flavored options. Read more
Truly awful. Online and the pizza we ordered was MASSIVELY undercooked, even the crust was inedible, raw dough, completely... drowned in BBQ sauce so it was a soupy raw mess. The little we did eat made us both sick the next day. Read more
I love the pizza at MOD. I don?t usually eat pizza but the cauliflower crust rocks. We eat here about once a week. And we tip... well because we like the kids who work here. However, the manager made my pizza today and was so rude I felt I couldn?t requestanything or it annoyed her. Read more
Echoing almost every other one-star review here, that may have been the most painful customer service experience I have ever... endured. More than six staff working, three of which were standing around, showing each other things on their phones and payinglittle attention to customers. None of the staff were eager to help the three people in line, let alone their other coworkers.I?ve loved Mod Pizza from living in different cities, but this genuinely may be my last visit to this store. Phenomenal experience here. $8/pizza is a great deal. The toppings are delicious and I?m sure every one of the endless... combinations are good. I enjoyed the pesto sauce. The staff was super friendly. Great location. 10/10 would recommend and willbe back. Read more
