Cheap and inexpensive location to visit, especially a new one indeed. I love the customer service and they were quick and prompt... to help me out with my breakfast order. Decent hotspot to go when it?s modernized and also near busy traffic. I hope thislocation succeeds in the future because they?re the beginning of this new location on farmland/plaza area in five mile and lakehazel. Read more
It's a new McDonald's and is nice and clean. Lots of parking and two drive thru lanes. Staff seems to still be getting... established and the service quality varies a lot. No drink machine in the lobby so refills require finding a staff member whichis usually difficult. Read more
A reminder of why I quit going to McDonald's years ago, THE FOOD SUCKS. A friend brought over a McDonald's deluxe burger and... fries for me a couple days ago and I was shocked to discover that McDonald's has actually gotten worse, I didn't think that waspossible. The burger had a horrible taste, the meat or whatever that was had a weird consistency and the fries were belowaverage. I took a couple bites from the burger and threw it away, it was gross. The service sucked the manager told us that we had to order are food from the kiosk. People were using them and on a 30 minute... break. The time she refused to take are order she could had rung us up. The French fries were leathery the coworker I was withrequested new ones and it was like they put new ones over the old ones. I ended up tossing my fries. I was really disappointed Ionly go here for the fries. This manager seems not to handle the stress of lunch to well. I really wanted to tell her to stopbreathe and that it would be okay. If you can't handle the position of manager , you are at the wrong employment. Read more

Everyone is always friendly and we haven?t had a bad experience with this location until tonight. Picture this?you?restarving, stomach rumbling as you drive home anticipating your Big Mac. You open the box and get THIS. No patty?s on a Big Mac??I can honestly say that I?ve never received a burger without the actual burger lol.
