Only minimal dipping sauce is ever given for chicken nugget meals. We waited at the window to request more & they never... returned to the window. We had to drive around & park to go inside & ask for more where we were told it would be a couple ofminutes.... Read more

Received raw food, next day went back for a McRib giving benefit of the doubt the McRib wasn?t fully cooked either. Just... remembered about the carls around the corner, will be stopping there for lunch now. ( have a habit of serving raw food here fromother comments) Read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced; and I've been managing fast food for almost 10 years. I was ignored at the drive... thru for over 2 minutes. Cars pulling in behind me went around to other speaker and were getting their order taken immediately.When I asked if I should pull out and go to the other speaker for help, the employee interrupted me to say: "I can't help youright now." When I asked the lady working the cash register the name of the employee that had been so rude to me, I was toldthat she didn't think she was supposed to give that out. Wjen I went to the front to read the name tags myself, only oneemployee was wearing one. Name tags are how we identify customer service issues, their names are not private. My hot fudgesundae was served with frozen solid fudge in a little snake like coil on top. When I spoke to the GM, I was not apologized to oroffered reimbursement or replacement. When I called back again; the GM ALSO interrupted me to tell me he had apologized,obviously not true if I'm calling back again looking for a bigger boss to talk to. Reached out to the area manager in thecorporate office, Randy, left a message with the secretary and on voice-mail; it's been 2 days and I'm still waiting to get acall back. Worst customer service I have ever received from every employee up the chain of command. I've been a Subway managerfor almost 10 years and have trained managers for Subway's; I know what I'm talking about. Read more

I've been here multiple times and it's been a hit or miss. When the lobby is actually open and the district manager is there... it's great. Every other time has been absolutely terrible. Just today we went through the drive through, no cars behind us, andthe person literally threw our food at us and just walked away, we couldn't even ask for sauce packets. Being 9 months pregnantI was crying over sweet and sour sauce ????. I know it's a McDonald's but please don't throw hot food at mostly blind pregnantwomen. I will probably be calling corporate. Fast service, friendly staff and overall a great experience. It is frustrating that McDonald's prices continue to go up when... this used to be my go-to for great value. I do enjoy the coffee line though because it is cheaper than other places that focuson coffee. Read more

Customer service is really picked up here lately at this McDonald's this McDonald's very polite studious young people Rene... though the veteran of the place is really the reason I go customer service from her is excellent she makes the store. Latelythere's been new management I'm happy with it they do a great job. This is my favorite McDonald's. Today I went through thedrive-through and I had realized that I forgot my card they gave me my drinks thanks and I thought that was really really kindreally really kind I like that thank you McDonald's!!! If I could give negative stars I would. This store just opened and I walk past everyday on way to work. The past 2 days this... store has not been open unless u have a car and can go thru drive thru. That's absolutely Ludacris. Some people don't havevehicles and some just like to walk. Either way I'm gunna bet that since the day mcdonalds opened their first doors thatwalk-ins have been a large part of their business so you would think they would continue to encourage those customers to comein. I however won't b one of them I'll take my business to a restaurant I can walk into if I desire despite having to pay moremoney. Bad mcdonalds shame on u!!!! Read more
