The employees are kind and work hard to make it a nice place. I have been coming here for 8 months or so now and have no reason... to stop. It?s clean, the drinks are cold, and there is plenty of parking. Read more

I would like to first thank the staff at the Maverick Five Mile and Farview store. I am a regular customer who has been coming... to this location for some time now. The staff here is an amazing group. Dedicated to making customer service second to none.Always professional and kind. The store is well ran and always clean. That starts with the amazing crew. The Assistant ManagerChristina who has showed nothing but professionalism each and everytime I visit. Her hard work and dedication shows. Melinda whois always working hard at whatever is asked of her and does it with a smile on her face. I will continue to go there for thesereasons. Read more

I am a regular customer at this Maverik in Boise, Idaho. Whenever I come into the store, I always see the Assistant Manager... getting touchy with customers, flirting with customers, lacking in customer service, and disappearing many times during her"shifts." As a manager at my own store, this is clearly unacceptable behavior from staff, ESPECIALLY when they are in a leadsposition. Leads are supposed to be setting an example for the other staff. When a lead normalizes this behavior, it leaves therest of the staff in a really bad position and gives them the impression that the lead gets away with these actions. It makesstaff think this is "okay." I have seen the rest of this location's staff absolutely busy, the line stretching across the floor, and Christina (Assistant Manager) disappears and is nowhere to be seen until after the rush dies down. This is unacceptableconsidering leads are supposed to be helping and guiding processes to go more smooth. I know there are new faces there that mayneed help that only someone in a leadership position can provide. I have also seen Christina getting fondled inappropriately aswell as having inappropriate conversations with customers during her shift, IN FRONT of other customers/staff. I am not anemployee at a Maverik but, that kind of thing is absolutely not okay. Period. I've had some personal issues when I hear hertelling staff she is "on the clock" but when myself or others have asked for assistance, she says that she is NOT on theclock... In customer service, I am under the impression that whether you're on the clock or not, you help customers... It's alsonone of the customer's business to know whether an employee is on the clock or not. Myself and other customers have brought thisto the General Manager's attention and it seems that nothing is being done about it. Christina's behavior is not changing, infact, I'm in the parking lot now and Christina has disappeared yet again. I have asked staff members' opinions a Read more

Maverick is pretty much my favorite go to gas station. They have really done a killer job with all their locations. They have... such a great selection of products. Prices are fair and gas is usually cheaper here that other places like shell and chevron. The staff seem long tenured- i usually see the same people working for long periods of time and they always seem happy bandfriendly. The G-card is worth it for the gas discount, highly recommended. Read more
