Worst Maverick ever! I go outta my way to stop at Maverick stations as they are my fav (best prices, always clean, good snacks,... nice restrooms, and super friendly staff). I went in to get $20 worth of gas, they didn?t give me a receipt for gas so it wasn?t pumping. Said I would have to pay again so... I did, again they didn?t give me the code and wanted me to pay YET AGAIN. I never got gas and was charged $40. I called to askwhat I should do and they hung up on me. So unprofessional, and so rude. People at counter didn?t even seem to know how to dotheir job. Read more
VERY slow gas pumps and window washers were in poor condition. Had time to do this review and wash windows and still only have... 20 gallons in my 44 gallon tank. Read more
The lady in there was so rude to me and I got so mad. She made me put a mask on and I hate masks and I've walked into this... location plenty of times before and not been made to put one on. I hated this visit and I'm tempted never to return here. Read more

I just went here and the cashier had Bad customer service. I tried to get points on a new maverick card but the lady told me I... couldn't. Don't lie to me because you don't want to do your job. Im not happy about this and I think its completely wrong. Thepoints are not coming out of her paycheck. Read more
Horrible service. It took the crew forever to notice I was at the counter, one of course was either counting down or counting in... (not sure which) so I understand them not being able to help me. But the other two continued on with whatever they were doing,the female offered to scan the rest of the tickets while the male cashier helped me...really? Rude. To top it off the malecashier told me to slide my rewards card before entering the amount on the pump, when I mentioned that it didn't go through hetold me it did but doesn't show up on the card reader. I went out to pump my gas and what do you know...my rewards card neverwent through, it's cold outside and I didn't want to walk back inside. I just wanted to pump my gas and leave. I'll never gothere ever again. I understand grace yard shift sucks, but don't be a jerk because someone is having you do your job. Read more
