Usually I order through the pizza portal and tonight was no different, but when I order at 6 and it says it'll be ready at 7.... That's fine but when I get here and it's almost 7:30 and it's still not ready but somehow I am literally watching people walkin, order and walk out with pizzas in seconds it's extremely irritating and honestly don't know if I'm going to come back. Cuz Iunderstand if someone ordered ahead of me but to watch people enter pay and leave when I have been here for a half hour isridiculous.. Also asked for Italian cheese bread but such a small amount of Italian season I can't even taste it. Read more
Terrible service...Placed an online order and was told 30 min for a cheese pizza and bread sticks. Waited in the store for over... 40 min. I did not receive my order till an hour and 20 min after I had placed it. Whole staff was completely disorganized andcouldn't keep track of any of the orders. Management couldn't handle their crew and provided no customer service to any of theangry customer who all were waiting well beyond their estimated time.
