Placed an order at 6:30 for pick up. The email said it would be ready for pick up between 7:01 to 7:06. Ended up waiting until... 7:46 and that was after I called them. Was expecting them to be short staffed or something but when we went in there at least 8people there... Read more
Have to wait over 20 minutes after the time that we were told the order would be ready. Several customers waiting to get their... orders and no sense of urgency on part of the store staff to get orders made and out. People being told it will be 40 minutewait on hot and ready orders. Overall will not be coming back to this store. Will tell everyone I know not to use this store. Read more
The menu is super misleading. I ordered a regular supreme and a thin crust supreme expecting to pay $1 more for the thin crust,... but to my surprise it was a $20 pizza. They apparently don?t have a button for a thin crust supreme so they charge you $7.49 forone topping and $2 for each additional one plus the extra )1 for thin crust. If I wanted to pay that much for a pizza I wouldhave definitely gone somewhere else. Read more
Feb 7th we ordered for delivery through their website, order arrived with one pizza slid off and burned cheese, our deep dish... was missing its other half and there was blood on all of the boxes. Wasn't going to eat these so we called the store and weretold they could not send out a replacement and that we would get a coupon in the mail from corporate for the order total withina few days. Nothing came and we called the store again and were told the same thing, they would check with corporate about thecoupon. No response back again so we emailed corporate ourselves and again still no response. It's been over a month now and Ican't believe they can ignore such a serious issue. They don't care that they sent out an order not only missing items andburned but also smeared with blood. No refund, remake, or coupon has been given for an order that couldn't be eaten. I must have been lucky based upon the other reviews. My online order was ready as promised the staff is friendly quick and... courteous. Another Patron came into the door at the same time and he got his two pizzas right away also. The place was cleantidy and easy to find from the major roads. I'm sure the pizza was made as it was supposed to be. since this is my first timeat Little Caesars I have nothing else to compare to. My general impression is the pizza is of medium quality as befits itsprice. The crust was not Chris that was kind of sloppy so if you are a New Yorker that would be good you just roll it up.
