The food, service and experience was amazing! They accommodated my vegetarian diet. I loved the artwork and the final surprise... was a wonderful song that a member of staff sang for us. It was beautiful. Read more

This is an amazing and fun experience. I would describe this as more of an experience than a restaurant. We had the "memories of... summer" menu -it's all prix fix (and they do a wonderful job of swapping out items when you have a dietary restriction whilestill giving you the "same" meal) and everything was delicious. The cherry soup seemed like it would be weird but it waspossibly the best dish. Read more

The food was fantastic. The theme meal was Polish food. It was prepared in a very creative and modern way. Everyone had a... choice to include wine pairings with each course. The courses were served to everyone attending at the same time and eachcourse was explained to the entire group upon presentation. The service was impeccable. The meal was an experience, fun andvery enjoyable. I think this is one of the best restaurants in Boise. Read more

Amazing, amazing dinner - yes, dinners are back at KIN! Lovingly prepared, art-for-the-plate-and-palate kind of fare. Truly... special! Read more

KIN Tasting Menu 1? almost three years to the day from the last tasting menu at State & Lemp. Nostalgic and oh so exciting.... Fantastic experience. Missed this food so much. KIN has reinvented itself numerous times since the pandemic hit. They receivedtheir occupancy license the day after Boise restaurants were shut down March 2020. Over the past 17 months, they created KIN AtHome, piKINic (which became the artistic home of Boise creatives), City of Good meals for kids, Family Meals, Barbecue Kits, andthen the bar opened early spring 2021. Now, the KIN crew is back in their element with the return of the Tasting Menu. Throughall of these shifts and pivots, they have maintained an artistic and communal integrity that sets them high above the rest. Butit comes with setbacks: a hard-to-pin customer experience and a constant shifting workload for the staff. As Delta makes its waythrough our community, it will be important that we support creators like KIN as they have to pivot again (and again). But onething is for certain, there is no better restaurant in Idaho. Do yourself a favor and book a Tasting Room dinner for 2 (or 4)ASAP. Read more

My husband and I went to Kin for our 2nd anniversary and we were beyond impressed. The food and drinks were of exceptional... quality, and the service was beyond compare! My husband, a mushroom disliker for 24 years, finally found a mushroom dish hecouldn?t stop eating. And don?t even get me started on the pavlova we had for dessert ? that thing was off the charts delicious.Thank you so much for your kindness and generosity during our visit, Kin! Read more
