Worst customer service ever! I went through the drive through. They list on their menu a one piece breast combo which includes a biscuit and mash potatoes for $8.39. I ordered it went... through the drive through and got a small thigh instead of a breast. Twice I've gotten a bucket of chicken and when I got home found fewer pieces than there should have been. Also the chicken is... inconsistently breaded and cooked. Sometimes it is ok but sometimes it is extra greasy or has been left out and started to dryout. Read more
Just awful they completely forgot to put my dinner in the bag. I hate this restaurant with a passion it is always something. The... biscuits were hard as hockey pucks we ordered the 30 peice chicken bucket and they totally forgot to put in the 8 count ofstrips we ordered so I had no chicken to eat they told us everything was in the bag they weren't busy at all so they had noexcuse as to why I didn't get what we paid for. Chicken was not up to my expectations. Ordered Xtra crispy and got what looked and tasted like (texture wise) original... recipe.qusrioed them about it and they insisted that it was Xtra crispy but oi hadn't turned out right. Had A & W root beerwhich was just as good as when I was a child. Read more

Food was delicious . Service by order taker was very bad. We were the only people there and stood at the counter while the gal... kept visiting with someone in the office room We were ignored while she laughed and visited. Not a real friendly person but notrude. We will not go back to that KFC. Read more
