I would leave zero Stars I want to know why it's 7:45 you close at 9:00 p.m. and you don't have any chicken in your entire... restaurant I will be calling your district manager to make sure that this was accurate because I think its a lie. If you closeat 9 p.m. why are your fryers down? Do your jobs! Absolutely rediculois you lazy s.o.b.s can't do your jobs for $15 an hr. I went there twice. I got the spicy chicken sandwich both times. First time was ok, but the second time the chicken was dry... and barely warm, they are supposed to be cooked to order but it definitely wasn't. Staff was barely there both times and itwould seem no one cares. Read more
Honestly worst service I have experienced at a KFC. Stood at the register for 10 minutes and no one even greeted me. I would... leave two stars because this kfc is usually okay through the drive thru, but this time I went inside and after standing therefor 4-5 minutes, one of the employees walked off the line presumably to use the restroom and made direct eye contact with me andproceeded to walk away without saying anything. I should have read the reviews before I drove to KFC. The chicken was crunchy on the outside and tough as shoe leather inside.... Even my dog had trouble with it! The Mac & cheese was dry be and tasted be funny. Looked like it was leftover from leftovers!The only good thing was the coleslaw. All the KFC are about the same. Not as good as they used to be. Sad. Years ago I gave up on kfc. It felt like something bad happened with the company. Orders were wrong, customer service went into... the toilet. Today I decided to give them another try after all these years. Have been craving them for a couple of days now. Iwent to the online website for the store at South Federal Way in Boise Idaho. I have seen some bad reviews for the store butdecided to give it a try. Looked at their menu and decided on the "8 piece Family Fill-up". Pulling up into the empty parkinglot there's a sign on the door saying the lobby is closed due to lack of personnel. So off to the drive-thru. I told my girlwho was riding with me that they're probably going to tell me that they don't have the 8 piece for the online price of $20. Aspredicted they told me they don't have the price of $20 but it would cost me $31 for 8 pieces of chicken and 3 sides ( she mayhave said 2 sides). Are you kidding me? Anyway, this is what I've come to expect from KFC. I ordered no chicken and left. KFC isstill a dump and a rip-off. Stay away. Read more
Why are they cooking to order? The chicken takes 30+ minutes and they are not keeping any ready to sell! They did not "run out",... they never had any intention of cooking more unless it had someone on the hook. Really bad management if they can't keep thingsrunning smoothly. Read more
Ate take out at the A&W. Not KFC. The double bacon cheese burger is delicious, and I don't know what they do to their fries but... they are supreme flavor. Highly recommend. Also, I understand they do their best to source their ingredients locally. So, YEAH! Support your local economy. Read more
We got ours to go, I got 2 fried chicken breast's for me and my hubby got A&W hamburger with double beef patties and double... cheese. Very greasy had no flavor, very expensive. Not worth the money, stay home and eat Peanut butter + Jelly on fresh bread alot better than A&W. Read more
