Sitting at work Order two sandsandwichs. Club LU LU and a Tuna pretty simple couple chips and a soda. Driver was fantastic !... Open up the bag and open the sandwiches and nothing but PURE Dispapointment. for 32.00 these were the most bare tuna no meatwas insane they were all but bald. Shame on you Jimmy Johns. For as much as it costs to eat at Jimmy Johns the service should be as advertised and the sandwiches the same. Tonight we had... the worst service I've ever had at a fast food place. We put in our order at 5:17 with one car in front of us and didn't driveaway until 5:45. There were 6 jimmy johns employees and only one making sandwiches, the rest not doing anything but laughing andgoofing off. Not only did it take that long but the sandwiches were thrown together falling apart and not made nicely. My number#12 had 4 pieces of cheese and one slice of turkey. Apparently employees just add what they want to the sandwich. Menu literally says meat cheese onions and oil and vinegar. I... then had to ask for no veggies which is fine that's normal. But now they add mayonnaise without asking. Can we just stick to themenu. Thanks Read more

Took an hour to arrive, bag was open, bag of chips was missing, and there was a straw inside (I didn't order a drink). I called... and they said they would credit me the chips. Worst of all was the actual sandwich. I haven't ordered in a while, but sandwichwas VERY different. It was much skinnier and shorter. 1 piece of meat was folded over and I got 3 slices of meat. I get thatcosts have gone up, but so have your prices. This was absolutely not worth $8. Between that and this deivery experience I'll goto your competitors from now on. Read more
I love Jimmy John's and am actually a former employee myself. Jimmy John's is usually great but this location has disappointed... us on multiple occasions. Deliveries taking over an hour, drivers not wearing masks, and poor customer service to name afew. EDIT: Service has gotten significantly better and delivery times are also noticeably shorter. I appreciate the hard workfrom the staff. Read more
It surprised me to watch the lady making our sandwiches to see her pulling out the center of the bread. To me that is extremely... wasteful. Read more
