This place definitely doesn't live up to the name. Every single time I have visited this location my order is wrong and... incredulously slow. There can be 2 people in the drive thru and staff will ask me what my order was when I get to the window ortry to hand me someone else's order. I can't bring myself to visit this location ever again since there can be 5 people workingand only 1 person seems to know what's going on, but it's literally the slowest wait time I have ever experienced. I asked these kids to cut my sandwiches into 5ths. They said it was against corporate policy. These statements were backed by... the manager. Glad the c-suites are making decisions on sandwich cuts. Read more

So apparently you can?t order a wrap unless it?s there specific ones. The reason why? Because that?s the way they do the... cashier said! So can?t get it your way only theirs. So unless these are pre made wraps from elsewhere this is the dumbestcustomer service mistake I?ve experienced recently. Read more

I dearly loved this store, I online ordered from this store at least 3 times a week if not more. Today there was a problem with... communication and delivery times. I thought it was coming at one time and when it actually got here it was even later than thetime thier computer generated email said it would be. So I reached out to let them know of the break down in communication, Ihonestly just expected an email that would say something like "thanks for letting us know" I did not expect a phone call fromthe store with a rather snarky manger like person to tell me that "no jimmy johns ever delivers a sandwich before 1030 am" okthat is great then why is it listed on your website as and option for a delivery time. He again repeats this over and overagain about "no jimmy johns will ever deliver a sandwich before 10am" I heard you the first 3 times, again if the time is nota valid delivery time why is it on your website as an offered time. Perhaps you can redirect that snarky attitude toward theperson who runs your website. I am or shall we say WAS a paying consumer who enjoyed your sandwiches, and I enjoyed supportingthe local franchise, and I fully intended to keep ordering from this store UNTIL that phone call. I did not deserve that manneror tone from the person who called me. Before this I really loved the food and service from all the drivers I had meant fromthis store, I am sorry for them that I can no longer support this store after such poor customer service from the manager thatcalled me. *5-3-22 in response to the reply below I did just that off of my receipt yesterday to let them know one on one aboutthis, and that is what got me the rude call from the store from a Mr. Bradley. Love that it?s so easy to order while I?m at work however 9 times out of 10 my order is wrong / missing half the items I paid... for and usually the delivery driver is aware of the problem and does nothing to fix it! Your app should have an area to reportproblems with orders because at this rate I should have a few free lunches by now. Maybe start checking off your orders a littlemore carefully to make sure they have everything your customers PAY for. Read more
