Ordered an iced coffee, got exactly that, ice and coffee. Was also missing 1 item in the bag. The door was locked to the lobby... so we had to get back into a long line at the windows. When we got to the order taking place instead of saying yea we will bringthat right down they made us wait for another turn in line. POOR SERVICE! Avoid this Jack In The Box!! Read more

Their customer service is horrible 90% of the time. I get my orders messed all the time. Today I went in with my daughter. I... ordered a shake but since it's not part of my normal routine I received my food and drink (I had to change twice because theydidn't have what I asked for. I was told at the window) and proceeded to drive away. My daughter reminded me we were missing theshake. She goes inside and asks for it, one gal says "it will be out in a minute" super nice about it (remembers I'm aregular) The gal that gave the shake to my daughter proceeds to tell my daughter "oh you guys are the ones that drove away" ina rude way. My daughter apologized for the mistake. Not sure why she feels the need to be rude. Mistakes happen, no need tobash a 13 year old because her mom drove off. Read more

There are major problems at this particular location from the top down is usually how it works. I simply pulled up to place a... small order after a movie and noticed that the screen was broke, no big deal right. I patiently waited I would say about 6-7minutes before nicely asking if anyone was there. The young lady replied back yes but can you see the line in front of you? ????I thought to myself the line in front of me is not any bigger than it would be?.i guess ever be when you?re parked at the menuto order, right ???? ??????? I simply replied, well usually someone will greet me way before that and I was just making sure themicrophone was working because the screen had a bunch of random letters and numbers on it like it had a software problem. Thelady replied, obviously were here. ???? I then replied that you probably shouldn?t talk to customers that way. her response: Ihope you can?t find another place to go get food at tonight. ???? I replied the truth, and the truth is I have grown, owned, andoperated over a $90 million a year businesses that we started from $0 and there?s obviously a reason you?re acting the wayyou?re acting but you shouldn?t be doing it here, its no excuse to treat people that way. I was simply making sure the machinewas working because of all of the coding that was on the screen instead of a working screen. I?m not worried about sharing thegirls name because I can assure you she?s not gonna be working there long or anywhere for that matter until she fixes whatsgoing on in her life and changes her attitude. If this is the type of people you hire and let work here I?m nervous about myfood safety and I don?t appreciate being disrespected either so sounds like your employee issue is more of a upper managementissue and hopefully not an owner issue. If there is an owner that reads this that cares about buisness and it?s customers asmuch as I do it sounds like you need to do a little house cleaning and find some decent people. Time to Read more
