As of the past few years, I've noticed a decline in the quality at Jack in the box. I've more than once had experiences where my... order is made slightly wrong, my fries are stale, customer service is bad, the works. Today, however, I showed up early to getsome breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. The manager working the drive-through was very nice, and I found my burrito wasabove the quality I had come to expect. The only thing off was the curly fries which were a bit stale, but since it was 9 am, Ican't complain too much about it. Ultimately, I still found they were still acceptable. I'm not likely to return often, but whenI do, I think this location definitely has benefits compared to some others locally. Read more
I will never eat here again. We went into the lobby on a day it was actually open. The floors and counters were sticky. It was... obvious the manager at the time has a daycare issue as her children were in the lobby running around climbing on things andhelping themselves to any and all items behind the counter and then putting what they didn't want back for the next customer toget. We watched people wait in the drive through while the staff worked on making food for the managers children instead ofwaiting customers. I get it... Times are tough, but if you need to babysit your children (one of which appeared to be sufferingfrom a cold) at work. Teach them manners and don't let them touch everything behind the counter. Maybe your numbers would bebetter if the same care went into feeding and taking care of the customer as it did you kids. When we finally got helped it wasan inconvenience for the manager to help us. I went through the drive through. They where busy and it took over 30mins, paid for food wasn?t given my food and then they... cussed at me and threatened to call the police. Horrible service and 2 employees invited me inside then threatened to jump me.Was ordering for 4 and multiple guest saw it. They literally stole my money!!!! Handling food with no gloves no hair net? theone young man looked high I would not take my kids here. And have tried to call for a manager 3 times and they say there isn?tone?. Consistently some of the worst prepared fast food in the US. Not sure why we bother ordering off the menu, what's received in... the bag is generally not what was ordered, nor edible. There's not much in-between - the food is either slightly warmed or hasbeen baked/fried to oblivion Edit - I've already wasted time and money on a few occasions at this specific store simply out ofwhat I hoped would be for convenience sake - Why would I go any further pursuing some generic corporate bot "contact us" site inresponse to some copy/paste response? This time around was not the greatest. The lights weren't on to see the menu the customer service was not good either. The order... was incorrect and I didn't even get a receipt so that i could check my order. I ordered a jumbo jack with cheese and i didnt getthat we ordered a large curly fry. So we had to knock on the window to get whoever was on duty and she had to make sure thatswhat i was missing. Amazing experience here! There were mainly ladies working and they did an amazing job. The drive through girls were really nice... and professional. I asked for their names and they were Nor and Brianna. The food was fresh and good. I will definitely comeback again, thank you for this! Read more
Went here in the morning and ordered a breakfast sandwich combo which is one of my favorite items they have. Started eating my... sandwich and felt something crunch on my teeth and realized I got some egg shell. I usually don't care if some egg shell getsin, it happens. But when I took another bite and felt the same thing I was suspicious. I pulled my breakfast sandwich apart andtook a look and it had a huge egg shell chunk sitting right on top. I swear they cooked the egg as is and crushed the shell intomy egg. Absolutely pathetic and I swear if I get sick from the egg shell, this won't be the last time this establishment hearsfrom me. Tried to order food with my Door Dash order I'm picking up and I was told I can not do that by Jeff working the Drive Thru. This... is the first time I've ever been told by any restaraunt that I can't order food while picking up a DD order and I Door Dashevery day. Any other fast food restaraunt can accommodate my order.
