The 2 staff working were amazing and the food was delicious. BUT you really need to find more workers. These 2 amazing people... were getting worked to death and being harassed by multiple rude customers because it was taking a long time to get the tons oforders out. Read more
The rude unprofessional woman working the drive through should find a new job. I have never had an experience like this at a... fast food restaurant. She was miserable, in a very bad mood and made us feel the same as we drove away. I am happy there areother locations because in won't be returning to this one. Read more
My boyfriend went and ordered 5 sandwiches, got home and one was missing so that's 8 bucks we are out and guess what? No receipt... was given to him. I used to work in food and I understand short staff sucks but that's no excuse to mistake orders, verydissapointed.... Read more
The service was definitely lacking. I stood near the counter and the worker who approached me was very snappy. Once my order was... handed to me, I noticed that the name on the bag was not my own and mentioned it to the worker. Again, a bit snappy but she madesure it was mine. I love Jack in the Box but the service at this location really needs some work. Read more
We made a 50 dollar order on the app saying it's open, Google too. We get here and it's abandoned. Lights are on, inner doors... left open, no signs or anything saying closed. Machines all on. Literally abandoned. There's no customer service number. No wayto cancel the order. Lost 50 bucks. Managed to call a district manager. Learned there's only 4-5 employees, and the teams noteven functioning correctly according to them. Read more
Awesome place. The AA gentleman showed up for work ?unscheduled? according to the MA lady. Like, bruh?. At least that young buck... showed up for work and don?t embarrass him in front of customers. He didn?t seem phased so that?s good. Clean restrooms anddining facility. Order was made quickly even though there was a slight mistake but they made it right quickly before I left thestore. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru, was told they were waiting on fries and asked to park in the front. I agreed, waited... another 15 minutes, and then walked inside. I was ignored for another 5 minutes, and then when they finally acknowledged me andgot me my food, they forgot my burger. I understand being low staffed, but thats just flat ridiculous. Read more
