I work nights, so my fast food options are limited. This location has disappointed me several times. They are frequently closed... before their posted operating times (sometimes as early as 10:40pm). Last week, they closed their grill early, meaning onlyfried options were available. So I guess the later it gets the less they care about their jobs, they disregard calls and orders like it's going out of style.... And practically refuse to fix it by not answering the phone when they are not busy. Being lazy doesn't get promotions. Or betterjobs for that matter. Do your jobs. (Edit: It's next day and we've called to resolve our issue and still haven't gotten anyoneto answer the phone. Called the vista location and they picked up after 2 rings. The burger was exactly what and how I wanted it and I give that a 5 star rating! The Coke was watered down with little fizz and... the fries cold and hard, so I give them both a -1. However! This Jack in the Box never screws up my somewhat complicated drive thru order, and that's all I can ask of a fast food joint.... That's in contrast to the Jack location on Vista Ave. I no longer patronize that location. Additionally, the Broadway locationhas later hours. Read more
Not sure how "no salt" fries can be cold and old when you're the only person in line and got charged for cheese AGAIN that did... not make it on my sandwich. I went to this location on Broadway because it?s the closest to my house. I arrived at 9:45pm 15 prior to their ?adjusted?... closing time of 10pm. There were maybe 5 cars in front of us, but the person 3 cars in front of us was ordering, and happened totake a little longer. I got up to the order board at 9:59pm and was told ?We just took our last order? I then had to inform the2 cars behind me, so they could move so I could back out of the driveway. This is extremely unacceptable behavior. I understandthat there is closing time, but the fact that I waited 15 minutes in line before closing time, should?ve have been enough tostill be able to order. After explaining how long we waited I got no answer, but I could hear them preparing food for the peoplein front of us. Google says that this location is open until 12am, I?ve been understanding of the lack of staff, so I don?t mindthat they close 2 hours earlier. But at least be prepared to handle the people already in line prior to that closing time. Ihope this location gets better at time management because it took me from being a 2 times a week customer, to once per month. Read more
Usually good food and good service. Make sure you check your order before you take off from the drive through. We ordered 2... sides of bacon to go with our mini pancakes, got home...not in the bags. Didn't get a receipt either...can't price we paid forthem can validate we didn't. Not the first time or order has been wrong either. I looked at it before leaving but not nearlyclose enough. I ordered food on 10/16/22 My order number was #133 @ 11:44:56 Ordering the food was fast, but the line was barely moving at the... window. When I got to the window the gentleman working was doing the bare minimum. I waited for almost 20 minutes for my food. Amanager handed out the food and was really rude and acted like I was stupid and charged me for another drink when I asked for areplacement for my drink that was messed up. She was also rude when I asked for syrup for my pancakes she said that I had to buysome because my extra order of pancakes doesn't come with syrup. I used to be an assistant manager of a Jack in the Box inOregon and this should make them feel ashamed to be working in customer service. I suggest a retraining for the manager with atriangle tattooed on her neck because her customer service skills severely need improvement.
