This deli is on decline. I?ve ordered here for years but the sandwiches just continue to become smaller with less meat. Today I... decided to just have a few pieces of chicken and was told that I needed to go to the end of the sandwich line and wait my turn(looked like about 30 minutes). I had a bad experience. Like others said. You are better off at Jersey Mike?s or any other sub shop for that matter. Small... portions of meat. Pretty much a sandwich I would make at home. Their equipment is very old and dirty. All around not happy. AlsoI ordered a grinder and it came with mayo and mustard. I can?t eat either and never asked for them. I only wanted vinaigrette.Garbage. Won?t be back ever! Very quick to snap back. Take it for what it is. Your staff was rude and oblivious. Nobody askedwhat I wanted. I have never been here before and it was evident. No one helped explain how it works. It?s ok I will never goback especially after the reply I received. How about apologize for no one asking and me throwing money literally in thegarbage. Read more
Try the spicy ketchup with your Jojo fries (breaded, crunchy potatoes). ???? We also love the fried chicken.
Got our lunch to take home today and we were EXTREMELY disappointed with the quality! ALL our sandwiches were light on meat and... barely any fixings at all! For the price you pay, I advise you eat there or double check your order before you leave! We like tosupport local but I believe in this instance, we would have been better off going to Subway! We stopped in here after hearing about it from an acquaintance. Wow! I have not seen sandwiches like this since I lived in New... York City. They really give you your money?s worth and the quality is excellent. We have been in several times since and it getsvery busy around the lunch hour so be aware. Read more
Love Hugo?s. This little place is turning into a regular lunch stop for me. It has great employees, fast service and best of all... outstanding sandwiches, fries and other sides, and cheesecakes/cookies.
