I purchased two small mango smoothies for my sons and one additional drink, a seltzer water. There was a miscommunication and... the employee thought she had to pour setter water on the two mango smoothies. As I picked the smoothies up and asked where theseltzer water was, the employee got very upset. Is obvious that we both miscommunicated with each other, because I would neverasked seltzer water to be put on ice cream, I just wanted to drink it in a separate cup, the ice creams were for my kids. As Iwas trying to have a conversation with the employee, another young lady, also an employee, came up and asked me to leave, tonever come back and to stop yelling. I never did. I?m in shock! As I walked away the two employees continued to talk to metelling me being very disrespectful, even with other customers present in line.They need some training for sure. I will Nevergo back to Hagen Daz Boise. Read more

I didn?t know there is a queue of people and I was out. I waited long just in front of the employees and wasn?t served . When I... asked do I need to leave if you are not serving? The guy very impolitely said you can buy or that?s the way to leave. Let?s sayit was completely my fault, is it the right way to tell a customer that?s the way to leave??? I have done customer service anddealt with unhappy customers but have never dealt like this. Very disappointed! Read more

This place has an amazing pistachio sundae that I?m obsessed with!! They are clean and service is quick. They also are combined... with a Cinnabon which I?ve never had but looks delicious and it?s scent fills the mall! Read more

The cinnamon rolls are so good here. Hot gooey deliciousness. My daughter and I love stopping by and picking some up on our... walks. You do need to sit down to eat them though it's really hard to walk with them. Everytime I go I'm always shocked that theprice is so low. I've never been disappointed and I'm thinking about making it a regular dessert stop. Overall I would say giveit a try you won't regret it. Read more

For the fourth time, out of food and rude staff. It would be one thing if this happened once, but the staff are consistently... unpleasant. There also always seems to be a PLETHORA of items they are out of, particularly in the cinnabon section. I think wewill choose other options from now on. Read more

Hubby says there's a difference in hand scooped and the pints at the grocers. Service was great. And for the reviewer who said... they PAID FOR IT AND FORGOT TO PICK IT UP, something doesn't sound right. You have the burden of proof. Based on your story, Ifind Haagen-Daz not guilty. Read more

Unethical liars. Don't shop here. Product quality and service sucks. Walk to a store next door and buy a Haagen Dazs 4oz cup for... cheaper than their prices. I have tried this place a few times. All times I ordered milkshakes. They do not know how to preparemilkshakes; it will be a beaten ice cream with nuts not broken down. After providing multiple feedbacks, i tried it one lasttime. After payment, i forgot to pick up the product. When i called them up later, they said don't worry we will refund you butthey never did. When I called up the store again, Jesse the owner returned my call and asked my credit card details to refundmoney. He never did. When I called the second time a few days later, he promised to make the refund the next business day. whichnever happened. Different people answer the call and kept promising the refund but they said business managers have to do it.Jesse stopped answering my calls and for the last time when I called the store, he calls back a day later and blames that I havebeen calling the store often. he says he will not refund any money as no one at the store recognizes talking to me about arefund even though he found my transaction in the system. He says he wasted the product for me. I don't get why he kept sayinghe will refund the money. and he doesn't even have the courtesy of responding to phone calls/ following up on his promises.
