Staff was very accommodating and friendly. The food was good, especially the turkey breast. The pulled pork was a little too... fatty for my tastes, but some people prefer it that way. I'm from Mississippi, and down south we like to slow-smoke the Bostonbutt until the majority of the fat cooks off. It's a matter of personal taste, of course. High recommend the smoked turkeybreast, though. It's delicious - tender and moist. And turkey isn't easy to cook perfectly, but these guys have apparentlymastered the art. Read more
I had the Potato Skins and they were amazing as usual. A good sized portion. I also had the Brisket Burnt Ends and Texas Style... Cream Corn. The flavors were spot on for both. The Burnt Ends did have a more than usual amount of fat and seemed to be asmaller portion than usual. I had to send the Texas Style Cream Corn back because it was cold. They took care of it right awayand got me the good flavored hot Corn I've become accustomed to at this restaurant. I'm guessing this was a fluke incident and Iwon't hesitate to go back. Hard to believe this place isn't in the Deep South. The meats were tender, pulled pork juicy, and the side of mushrooms was hard... to beat. And, since this is Idaho, baked potato was fantastic. Service was prompt and attentive. The desert was a bit meh, somaybe skip it when you're there. That does not influence the five star rating though. Read more
Pretty good spot, has a lot of options. Seating is plenty, and the staff are always there to help. Highly recommend their wings!
