This was our worst experience at a Five Guys. The best was that the crew member that took our order, got it right. (One star) ... It went downhill from there. Staff were not wearing masks. The french fry guy sneezed. OK, I?m a germaphobe. Next, it took over20 minutes for 2 cheeseburgers and a fry. There was one customer in front of us. The bag was greasy. The buns were dry andcrumbly. The order was wrong. We got two Cheeseburgers that we didn?t order. I only wanted grilled onions on mine and it wasloaded with lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and scant onions. My wife got the same, but only ordered ketchup. It had no ketchup. Thecrew seemed disorganized. Maybe they were just having a bad day, I don?t know. We felt ill after eating. If you desire fresh hamburgers with a great selection of toppings, this is a great experience! There is a nice variety of... flavors for tasty milkshakes. Be aware, though. Be prepared to pay a little more for the food. Otherwise, the service ispleasant. Tasty delicious burgers. All the special additions for free makes this place even better. Fried up onions, red/green peppers, ... and mushrooms added to my burger for free. Loved it in so many ways. Probably the best tasting fast food burger place I've everate at. I should have came here a long time. My wife and I really enjoyed eating here. The French Fries was special because theyleave the peel which gives it a bit of a crunchier tastier flavor. They gave us a ton of fries to boot. We'll be coming backreal soon. Wish they had one in Nampa but it's worth the drive. I've been wanting to try out this place and I am glad I did! Read more
Stopped in around 130 to get burgers for wife and I. Waited over a half hour just for burgers . When asked where our food they... point to grill and dismiss us . Definitely not a good experience Read more
I?ve never seen these alleged five guys anytime I?ve been in?. What I have seen is a mix of guys and gals who are busy pushing... out fries and custom burgers. They?ve done a banger of crafting my custom job each time. Price is good and so is the beef! Read more
I visited here last night and was very disgusted with the place and the quality of the food. The place looked like it hadnt been... cleaned in weeks. There was food all over the tables and floor. My food was terribly made, i had half a patty on my Burger andhalf a cup of fries. The soda machine was a mess and didnt work. The whole experience was a disapointing mess. Read more
My last experience wasn't the best, onions weren't grilled and cheese wasn't melted at all but I do go here a lot because the... food is delicious and I have a good experience every time besides that one slight mishap. Usually I don't have any issues so Ithink it deserves 5 stars regardless with how delicious their food is. Clean store, friendly staff. Would recommend! Read more
