Went to Dutch Bros and made it to the drive thru line around 12:40am with only 2 cars in front of us in which we waited behind... for 17 minutes. At 12:57 one of the employees decided it was time to finally come to the car and tell us we will not be servedbecause it is almost 1am. What doesn't make sense is why not a single one of the 4 employees came to take our order while wewait in line but instead we had to wait till we made it to the window. Also the employee at the window was talking it up withthe two cars ahead of us and taking his sweet time, when we asked him if he'd be able to serve us, he said he'd lose his job .I'm pretty disappointed in their customer service and will definitely never return. Excellent service. We had to wait a few minutes for our drinks, but it did not bother us. They were very busy, and the young... lady handing out our drinks was very friendly and visited us while waiting as well. I have come here everyday for roughly 2 years, I enjoy the staff and I enjoy my daily coffee treat. I wanted to comment on the... change of two lanes down to one lane. I was told they did it because it would be much faster that way, however I got to Dutch at8:20am on Monday before taking my boys to school and I didn?t receive my drink until almost 9:00am had I not paid for my drink Iwould?ve gotten out of there but I?ve noticed that it seems to take almost a half hour recently to even receive my drink. Topthat off the cost of white coffee went up? If I?m going to pay almost $10 for a coffee everyday I?d like to not have to sit inline for 30-45 minutes. Besides that the employees are really awesome and great at what they do I hope Dutch takes these reviewsseriously when it comes to the wait times of their customers. Read more
I absolutely love Dutch Bros. I go in every time. But sometimes, more often that I would like. My drink is nothing but foam, and... at almost $5 that's not fair at all. I know they'll remake it if and when I ask but that just adds time and frustration foreveryone involved. I just ask you be more mindful. Read more
Great service this morning at Dutch bros! Always love the staff and their interaction. This location did a great job. We had two... orders for a car and what could have been a lot of confusion over money but our server handled it well. Love this company! Andthe drinks fantastic. The place has very high review and excited to try the "coffee". The menu select for coffee is limited and the one I got was... very sweet. perhaps the business is focus toward the younger folks. They are busy, but just not the type of coffee I like. Read more
Right by my hotel, and they were busy but had a nice covered walk up with heaters. Dutch is life ????
