I am as bummed about this review as I can be. For a decade Chipotle has been my go-to lunch location. Anymore I am dining there... on the memory of what used to be. The staff is slow and the opposite of helpful. There are important ingredients missing almostevery time I go. The place has even been closed on multiple occasions! I thought well, maybe it is just the one location? Nope!Same thing different store. Dirty, bad service missing ingredients, inconsistent scheduling... I guess the game is over. Goodbyemy old friend. This location is struggling... They probably shouldn't take online orders anymore. They don't have the staff for it. I walked... in tonight and the trash was overflowing. The new crew seems nice l. I walked in there tonight around 8:30 pm. There was anothercustomer Infront of me. I heard the girl say something about it's going to be about 10 minutes. He walked out. I waited acouple minutes while they worked on a large online order. They completely ignored me. Avoided eye contact. I walked out aswell. Read more

6 people working in total. 2 working on online orders. 3 customers waiting behind the glass and we are told that they are... prepping. 6 people could not help actual customers in store. There needs to be a real shift in priorities at this location. Ifyou think being right in front of them, you would be mistaken. Read more

First off I have been to this location a couple of times. Pretty much every time I visit here there is usually the same... employees during the day working including (I?m assuming their manager). The manager especially always looks so unhappy to bethere! Does not help out his crew members on the line when doing orders and solely lets one worker take on the line of customersmaybe there is a reason why this is but to a customers point of view he could care less about customer service and the speed ofwhich customers are helped. It is obvious there is no urgency and maybe this is from lack of staff however you don?t see anyassistance hardly from the guy that is always working on cashier. Read more

At 7:30 in the evening when they close at 10 I?m looking at a sign that says they?re out of chips yet they?re bagging a ton of... bags of chips and two of us at the counter ask why we can?t buy some, ?no that?s for our online orders?. OK so if you orderonline you can get some chips but if you drive to the store you don?t get any???? It seems to me all customer should beimportant and when they run out they run out whether it?s online or in the store but to horard all those chips for onlinecustomers and refuse the ones that come to the store seems ridiculous! This is the second time they run out of chips they wereout of almost everything that I would?ve put in my bowl. I?m not a complainer but it?s a Mexican restaurant without chips it?slike a Chinese restaurant without rice! The only thing that was plentiful was the price???? Read more

I order from this location very regularly. It's incredible to see the fall in quality and consistency in the last 2+ years. for... the past several months it's been practically awful. There is ALWAYS something wrong with the order. The wrong beans, wrongrice, wrong protein, missing multiple ingredients. On top of that they've shrunk their portion sizes by at least a 1/3rd. Thereis consistently avocado pit in the guacamole - if they have guac which is incredibly rare. They haven't had chips for monthsnow. I understand there is a supply shortage but the drastic drop in quality came long before and now I feel like Chipotle andthis location specifically just don't care about consistency or customer satisfaction. Which is fine, we live in a world wherecorporations don't care about humans. But I am paying money for services! if you don't have the food I ordered, don't justreplace it with something else, if you can't afford to pay your workers well enough for them to care about doing a good job -then shut your business down. Of course money isn't the issue...they just don't care. It's shameful. Do not eat here or orderfrom here. Read more

My wife and I ordered online on Friday 1/14 through the Chipotle app. We were notified that the store was out of chips and... lettuce. The first dish was one taco with barbacoa beef, rice, salsa, cheese, and the first picture is what we received. Thesecond dish was one taco with the plant based chorizo, black beans, rice, and the second picture is what we received. The thirdorder was three tacos with barbacoa beef, black beans, and the third picture is what we received. Whoever made the third orderdidn't drain the meat or beans so the tacos were soggy, the packaging was soaked through and ended up soaking through the bagthat our order came in. I drove to the store and asked the employees if they were able to remake our order. After showing anemployee the food that they sent out (maybe a shift lead?), she seemed annoyed and asked me what was wrong with the order. Afterremaking our orders we finally recieved the correct portions and quality. Through the app I requested contact info for the GM ormanager to inform them of fixable issues but was informed by customer service that the local management team would be too busyto talk to me. Chipotle has been slowly getting worse with customer service and food quality for a while. If they paid theirworkers more and stopped overworking them, I'm pretty sure it would fix a lot of these issues. Read more
