I went to the lobby to get a milkshake and the manager was on his phone and terrible service and attitude. They grabbed the milk... carton out of a tub of water with no ice in it making the milk definitely look warm. The lady then realized it was expired andtold the manager and he went to the back to get another jug of milk. He wasn?t able to find any so just grabbed the expiredcarton and started making the milkshakes. When we asked if it was expired and for our money back he told us it was still goodand did not want to take no for an answer. We got our money back. But the place smelled so bad and was very dirty and no oneshould eat somewhere with that poor of sanitary issues. Read more
I?m in Boise for work and stopped by this location to get a biscuit breakfast. Soyla was the young lady in the drive through... that took my order and handed it to me. She was such a happy soul. It is tough to find happy people who separate their feelingswhen working. So if you are staying in the area and need a quick bite served with a smile check them out. Crew member in the drive thru was rude and abrupt when we asked about a possible allergen. Soundsd very disgusted that we asked... if there aS soy in the oil with no line infront of or behind us. Was extremely dismissive both over the speaker and at thewindow. Was very slow service. Would not recommend this location. Read more
Always been my favorite fast place to eat. But this is the first time ordering from this location and our experience was... disappointing. I understand times are hard in the food industry right now, but the rudeness from the associates at this locationwas a huge bummer. Our fries were thrown in the bag and my burger might as well have been a very sauced pancake. Read more
Worst management customer service ever! First off, asked for a side of shredded cheese and got a side of american sliced cheese... instead. YUMMY! This was for the biscuits and gravy, be aware hockey pucks are not edible. Also this was at 6:00am. Never againwill I ever visit this restaurant again! Read more
I mistook the address and accidentally sent my order through thinking the location I put in was closest. When I got there the... manager had to call their boss twice to tell me they weren't going to make my order and I had to cancel it. (which you can't)Then after haggling with the manager and asking politely if there was anyway I could have my order made at the Carl's Jr I wasalready at, they finally decided it would be easier to do that. So the DM just cancelled the order themselves, (because ofcourse you can) and had the manager chastise me about how I need to be more careful with sending orders in through theirapplication. Read more
