I've gotten raw chicken before, on the days they do well the food is decent, they just don't care at all I don't think
We always go to this Carl?s Jr., it?s close and convenient. They always tend to be slow but usually the food is good. This... morning we picked up breakfast burritos in the drive thru. There was only one car in front of us, it wasn?t busy. Hey we satwaiting for our food for almost 10 minutes?just for it to be cold. The whole burrito, has items and even my sons French toaststicks. Ordered Cali classic WITH BACON. Got charged for bacon, was excited for bacon, but here we are, sans bacon. Also, PSA, I don't... think ANYONE prefers the bottom.of the bucket ,WHITE lettuce on their burger. Or light yellow. You sure had some pretty greenstuff for the lettuce wrap though, didn't you? Your Dr. Pepper is out of syrup, and although I got a bonus drink , of courseDr. Pepper, it's basically brown seltzer water, so thanks for that. Only good thing, the fries . Seriously unimpressed. I usually pick this particular Carl's Jr because it's fast and no hassle. Tonight I stopped in at 9:08pm, the lobby closes at... 10pm on Friday. We get told the lobby closes at 9pm and we need to leave. So I went to the Sonic up the road. Read more
I visited the drive through on November 13th of this year around 230pm on my lunch break. My order total was $11.11 so I had... high hopes of an excellent experience, and it was! I saw the sign in the window that this location was starting pay at $15 anhour, and let me tell you, it's worth it, it pays off in good reviews and customer experiences like mine. The food that Iordered, a #16 and jalapeno poppers, all came out at the perfect temperature and dang near poster image quality sandwich and frypreparation. This place is sadly struggling a lot. I went through the drive thru from what I saw there was 3 workers. I waited thirty minutes... in the drive thru line. My sandwich I had to take a picture of because they didn?t give me the top part I got two bottomsinstead for my bread. I cannot believe I waited that long for my food but also I was stuck in the line with no way of gettingout. I asked to you my fries and I still got the original. When I paid I asked for sauce and the girl sounded like she heardwhat I said and smacked the window which I assumed she was in a hurry. When I got my bag handed to me I didn?t think to check myfood and I was afraid to even mention the fries I didn?t want to wait any longer. There was none of the sauces I asked for so Iwaited for another person to come to the window. All in all the service and the food and the timing all a big big mess. Notrecommend at all due to terrible service and the food not made right. Read more
