3 stars because it was a very frustrating stop, and if I could have? I would have went Somewhere else. They were out of a few... things and then they charged for more than one ranch dressing which is crazy because the 1 where I live in Boise who nevercharges us so I think that is a good thing to follow other than that the food was great I was just kind of disappointed at thatafter all this time that you said give it out for free and now they're charging for it I know everybody has to get their moneybut everybody can't afford A lot. The fries are always over cooked and yet still soggy.. The burgers are slopped together and generally swimming in mayo or... ketchup, the lettuce is rarely crispy. Read more
We went later at night there were only 2 staff members and I think one was pretty new they did their best and they were... apologetic and super nice but our chicken fries were little rocks and there was so much mayo on my chicken sandwich I had totoss the top bun it was soggy the sandwiches were fresh and that may be what caused the soggyness. It seems the norm these daysthat businesses are lucky if they get 2 people to work the night shift. Read more
Unfortunately I arrived at 10:20pm on Friday night their lights are on no closed signs but they are not taking any orders and... are closed. I wish they would turn out the outside light or put a sign or at the very least answere the drive thru speaker ifnot. it's frustrating. Read more
Honestly if I could give zero stars I absolutely would. It's really quite bad when the manager is ruder than the cashier. Its... one thing if a customer makes an honest mistake when reading a receipt, especially when its been validated before. Initialcashier attempted to upcharge on a free whopper. When the manager came to fix, she was quite rude. I usually go to this onebecause its closest to me, but I think I'll pass or drive up Overland to the Other BK. Read more
This was a disgusting experience. I felt dirty when I walked out. The guy at the counter was eating and wasn?t being sanitary... about it? and where the lids and straws were was absolutely disgusting. Idk why I even got food from this place. You candefinitely tell that the workers there don?t care anymore. I didn?t take any pictures of the tables but most of the tables andthe floors were dirty. Read more
