Food was edible, but flavor mediocre. My nachos were cold from the second it was brought to our table, the cheese on it was... sparse and not even remotely melted, it was pretty disappointing. My husband's $7 cheese quesadilla was so small and basic,served with only a small cup of salsa, not worth the money. In addition, they closed half hour earlier than their posted time. At 8:30 a few people walked in after us and wanted to eat there as they were supposed to be open till 9pm, but they already hadclosed. (Maybe that's why the food was cold?) With all the other reviews I was excited to try this place, sadly will not beback. Read more

Tried the steak nachos while having a drink before our movie. Very good. Even layers of goodies.
Great food and great customer service of the guy working behind the counter. on the other hand very disappointed in the fact... that i had to wait my whole lunch hour before I got my food. The was one couple in front of me and I guess two ladies I didntsee before them, and it took over 30 mins to order and get my food. At 12pm on a work day maybe have more than one guy takingorders and making food. Read more
Awesome street tacos with homemade corn tortillas. Great sauce and delicious carne asada. One of the best tacos in Boise.
Been to their food truck and loved their tacos and now it's at Edwards 21!! Get the bluwave taco, it?s made with homemade corn... tortillas. The nachos are also delicious, definitely not like the ones where all you taste is the cheese that smothers thechips. These nachos had a great balance of flavors, pretty authentic. Heard they?ll be expanding their menu to includeeverything at their taco truck, including the sunny side taco which has an egg. Definitely worth the stop when I need tacos. Read more
Right now...this is a food truck but word on the street is that they are going to have a 'brick/mortar' across from the theater... at the Spectrum. I had the carne asada burrito....it was HUGE and filled with cilantro lime rice, pinto beans, tender carneasada, salsa and crema sauce. The burrito has great flavor and a decent size for the price. I would definitely order fromthese guys again! Read more
Their vegetarian option is replacing the carne with sopping wet beans that disintegrate the raw corn tortillas upon impact, and... then still charging you full price for it ???? I regret spending $15 on two tacos here. Read more
